Landplot Type: Town 15X200 Inn

What is the purpose of this Landplot?:

To generate Profit, going towards the expansion of Ascella. Also to supply weary travelers a place to rest for the night, and supply the the public with prime ale, which seems to be becomeing more and more dificult to come by.

What sort of behavior would the customers exhibit?:

They would be able to carry on anything from polite conversation, to drunken banter, to duels in the outside area. There is no limit to what Jullius will allow, unless the guards decide to haul you off.

Where would you prefer the Landplot ot be?:

I would like it to be just outside of the Ascella walls, on the right, as you walk into the gates.

Any other details (architecture, races, culture, etc.):

The Inn/Tavern would be named "Ever Inn" after one of Jullius' dead friends, and one of the greatest dwarves of all time "Ever the Drunken Dwarf" who bought Jullius his first pint of ale... such beautiful memories...

Jullius isn't really the leader of Ascella anymore... Also, this post was created a month and a half ago... I don't think he still plans on making this, not to mention an Inn has already been built within Ascella.
