After discussing this with a small council this morning we have stated that we are not currently acting as dwarves should be! We are acting ad humans, with multiple factions and leaderships, also cities though Kal'Dwain is a lovely town...

We must attempt to get back to our dwarvish roots! Much like we had in the golden era when the people of the dwarves hid to protect themselves from the outter elements and made themselves stronger within their halls, and the people of the other races came to us in council to obtain our aid, but currently we do not have a threat we hide from constantly or unite against ever since our alliance with the orcs... As electrocuter stated "a massacre of dwarves" might aid in our unity Rply and force us back underground instead of loligagging on the surface!

A second issue is that the dwarves of all clans must pay homage to the king and truthfully pledge alliegence to him, as he is our head dwarf and leader, this means we should have to create a method of removing clan discrimination so that the clansmen of all clans are not to feel apart from each other! We are all kin yet we fight and squabble in our own cliques like a group of pompous teenagers...

Another issue we should also address is if we wish for a multi race society, in my beliefs we do not require one as we have many active dwarves through out Asulon! I myself have seen many on my journeys today through out the human kingdoms, so why not instead of doing the un rp method of attenpting to gain a player base we summon the dwarves into a mighty home that may border a human town in which we can work with through trade so that we may yet again avoid the conflicts of the world and fight our own war against a new foe.

One last thing I would like to mention would be the removal of the Legion, in the days of old we never had a legion instead we had a mighty militia! Which all in all was far more superior than the legion has ever been, as all dwarves are supposed to take arms during conflict on command of the king. And I know for a fact every member of the dwarf society is willing to fight for honour, but it will not mean the loss of a few generals or tacticians. So instead of becoming a purebred fighter choose a job! Kjell has, he's a bloody lumberjack first then a soldier.

These are just a few of the things mentioned during the chat, but I myself believe that if we unite against a common threat we can rise into a new gold era for dwarves within the deep halls of Khaz'Urir.

It is just my beliefs it is more of a motivation for the dwarves than anything... But many of this is based on what had occured during our discussion, we need to begin to fully enforce how we act so we do not have a "bandage" situation where we just fix a small problem only to be faced with another issue like we are having right now... We did clear things up and united some of the Ironguts but we havn't united the other clans! Khaz'Urir is just a name I came up with... I quite agree, we need to be more strict as a race, more "Warhammerey" IMHO.

Oh no not gibberish! I was not around when the dwarves decided to call the mountain Kal'Karik, as for the uniting of clans we must commit more to it, we cannot build a city and think that dwarves who have been RPly harmed due to the whole thorik and the Ironguts issue to come back... Also I just remembered electrocutor mentioned that the dwarves he knew of, though each of a seperate clan... Paid homage and allegance to said king's clan by becoming part of it but still keeping their own title, I am currently unsure how this will work, but it may if we figure it out so lets call that gibberish for now.

Not quite sure, I would say so from what I heard, or atleast make sure that the leaders of each clan no matter the cause will adhear to the kings wishes...
