I'd like to say something.

You say you have never heard of (by saying you, I mean your tribe.) Renatus/Salvus, but how have you heard about Seventis if we have never heard of you?

My character, being a government official in Seventis (a Lord) frequently patrols and monitors the city of Seventis, examining and determining the overall welfare of the city, what is occurring, and the security of the city as a whole. He has never seen ANY tribe in the vicinity of the city.

What could have occurred is possibly your tribe met a human, and that human disclosed the name of city, and you took that as a reason to pick Seventis because that is all you have ever heard of, that would be ridiculous.

We don't know you by name IC, but when we moved towns, we did see your lands. If it makes you feel better, I will remove this, as this seems to be the most mature comment posted.

sorry for the double post, but you clearly don't understand the quote you made. I was saying I didn't feel any OOC dislike, and thought it was appropriate to state I went there as an alt char a long time ago, in it's defense. I didn't say this is how the tribe know you. Seventis has acquired many War Claims in it's past, and our former town was taken by rebels. Having reviewed many War Claims, I've seen what is good reasoning and what is not, and I have determined that this did not possess significant enough reasoning to be a proper claim.

I think what they mean is that their characters do not understand the concept of nations. They are primitive tribals who have been consistently attacked and want revenge. They think someone from the numerous cities they see has been attacking them and they want to attack back and set an example. Solace and Arethor are too strong to attack so they chose Seventis. It is an attack organized by primitive people who I assume only have a more basic understanding of communities.

This is a highly intelligent post.

However, there tribe possesses no knowledge of Seventis except for the fact when they were moving locations they merely SAW SEVENTIS. They then randomly chose Seventis because they determined it was the weaker of the two.

Not only this, due to their primitive lifestyle, I'd assume they'd have to use 'minimal' weapons in combat. That may be incorrect, however.

I cannot understand their reasoning for attacking Seventis, still however. There only knowledge is its' location-- Not any security measures, personalities of their citizens, culture, a past enveloped with war. By not possessing such knowledge their accusations could be merely dubbed false.

I understand, I actually love Seventis. We are just fed up with all the crap we get just because the most clothes I have is a few leaves and a vine holding them together around my waist. We were kinda helping the Lurs, but we'll just assist if they make a claim. I guess we will try and tae a visit, then see how it goes from there.

This war claim is hereby CANCELLED!

edit: We also didn't choose you cause you were the weakest, and I would not have even considered this if I knew the situation you guys are in with all the war claims. It was just random chance. But we Zeb is right, we don't understand tese big nations at all. That's why we like the Orcs, they are organized the same with the tribes in our eyes.
