I distinctly remember seeing you even posting somethine asking why you no longer had perms to it and that was answered by a gm "no charter". Also Mogroka already said there can be no surprise attacks, it will be denied for merely that alon

I was unsure as to the new rules of surprise attacks, i'll edit this. And the Lagapo never got wiped. We moved to the Elven nation, a little bit away from the Nawarii trade camp.

As disclosed from the below statements from various posters in this thread, the overall consensus on this war claim is that the attacker (Italian_Assassin and his associates) possess No good Roleplay reason for the attack upon Seventis, and furthermore this War Claim should be denied:

Ok first off it is true I part of Seventis and I dont want it attacked. But this is a week rp reason there is no real purpose here.

This is a really weak RP reason. What has Sevetnis done? We havn't attacked anyone. And since the threats from Ascella, we have moved men into the forest infront of the city. So if this isn't a mistake and your RP reason becomes good enough, we ask that we first have a battle in the forest that would decide if you attack Seventis or not. This would greatly enhance the war and stay true to the RP actions our military has taken. And being the leader of Seventis, i've never even HEARD of Lagapo. Sure your not mistaking us for someone else?

We have been harrassed, attacked, forced to leave, and insulted for every IRL name. This has pushed us too far. Our tribe has chosen this place due to random choice. We have no idea who keeps harrassing us, only that it's not Salvus. They actually saved us once. We want this to be a lesson.

War Claims need a significant reason to be accepted. You don't even know who is harrassing you, so you choose Seventis.

Alot of this like us being wiped, you guys have no idea why it happened. Our old spot was on the border of Salvus, and we were complained about. We were moved mostly to get rid of complaints. And we didn't plan on destroying ALL of Seventis. We wanted to make it look a little like it was destroyed is all. And regarding us apparently not having any RP reason to attack, people don't have any RP reason to attack. Well, unless you consider us being "Uncivilized, dirty, and savage barbarians" a legit RP reason to attack us. Our RP reason is we are tired of being attacked constantly in RP, and called idiots. We have nothing against Seventis, I went there in it's defense on one of my alts, and it was chosen at random.

So your saying your just attacking randomly? That's just craving PvP. Your basically saying you want to attack someone randomly because you have nothing else to do. That's completely un RP and defeats the purpose of the server. We dont know you and you dont know us. Just cancel the attack, these are the dumbest reasons ever.

We are tribals, and USED to be like Seventis. We were peaceful, and let anyone in. Then someone tried to attack us, they ran, and made lies. From here, wehave been attacked every day IRL since founding. This attack is to show the world not to mess with us, because we are sick of it. We will be more than willing to leave everyon alone after this, or fi people stop attacking us.

This attack is meant for all who harrass us (the human nation as a group) and is to server a message. Plus we would be doing our allies the Lurs a favor by attacking. He's right, we are in the Cloud Temple, not any human nation. We are made up of many races. So saying that your trying to make an example of a human faction is irrelevant. Please do everyone a favor and cancel this. Figure out who actually is doing this and attack them INSTEAD. Then you'd have a good RP reason and it wouldnt be random.

I am not upset with PvP, it's fine, I just prefer not to PvP. This attack is to serve as a message to people who attack us. The tribe feels that you are all hostile to us, so I OOCly chose a town that is in that region.

edit: That is SORT of in that region. We have been attacked on the roads to and from Cloud Temple.
