Okay, time for my opinion.

/w and /s, useless? Used Wrongly? As I see people use these for RP and its great for it. When they want to wisper something, there character can actually wisper it, when they want to shout something, they can shout it.

100 block chat radius? Okay, you must be kidding me now we have super-ears and can here people halfway across town, no. That was what shout was for, everyone is not shouting all the time. 30 blocks makes perfect sense.

60 second delay? Okay, what is this? In ooc people talk about random stuff, its ooc. So there will be some swearing/trolling since people can be themselves there. If were talking about frootloops in ooc and someone says So wahts your opinion on frootloops. In htat minuite there will be stuff popping up from topics a minuite ago, then a bunch on the frootloops followed by responses to the non-frootloops, it would just be a mess!

Skills I can cope with but It will ruin my character a bit. I like the idea of more skills and more levels.

As for the world, that is tiny. In fact the Dig site island thing is out 5000 blocks... so that one is just ridiculous. Also people like large areas. That will make people soo mad

As for rerolling on death....no... just... no. Okay, okay, seriouslly people build up these charaters for months and months. An example of how this is a bad idea: Im rping wih someone. Were both important people in Alras. Im the Royal Landlord and hes the Head archetech. Out of nowhere th OP magma silme comes up and pwns up both while we were typeing. Alras is now not going to function good with real estate or have nice buildings.

And for the races. Just keep it the way it is. It's good.

Change what people want, give the people what they want. Don't take what they love, it will make them sad and they will leave.

And for the money thing. This "sponsor" wants you to kill your server.

I have a suggestion for the patch. Turn fire spread back on. This means that when the lightning storms cause fires everywhere, people actually need to go around and put them out rather than take cover and shrug it off.

Also, increase the frequency of storms.
