So if someone signed your charter and they're a Diamond VIP and willing to, can you use their plot for the charter village/town if they want to contribute?

I don't see why not!

Question:

If a town is established, sovereign of any nation, on an island within a set of isles in contested territory, is it possible for this town to expand by conquering more islands within that set of isles with a war claim -even if the land has no inhabitants- and a force of at least 10 soldiers? If not possible, please explain why.

Well, I can't make the decision here...however, I think that it wouldn't really be fair because you could potentially continuously expand over unclaimed ( wild ) land... While the settlements within a nation would have to pay for the land.

Rply, it seems 100% viable and I wouldnt fight it. However in terms of fairness, it just can't happen like this. Unless it were restricted to a single island or two..

((Yeah, there are about 4 small-medium size isles, so you could start on one and just expand to those three ones, but someone would only expand if needed, like the island is getting too small for the people.))

I have a guild/group that would like to move into (and expand) an existing ruin. It's in the Salvus area. Now, I know that Salvus will fall fairly soon, and so whoever controls the region it is in will be a different person. Should I just file the charter now and deal with whatever comes, or should I wait? The latter is not entirely appealing as we really do need a base of operations. Secondly:

Village plot

Contents:

  • 25x25 land plot
  • Protected down to Y45

Requirements:
  • Accepted Village Charter
  • 14,000 Mina
  • or A benefit for well developed (class A) guilds, on which to create a guild house if they choose

This seems to imply that a village plot would be free should you fit the requirement of having a guild be on it. It's vague, however. Can you clarify the benefits and what makes a guild "well developed?"

I have a few questions.

Someone is trying to convince me that if you want to establish a settlement in the Wilds you don't need to pay for the land (without VIP). I personally think he is full of rubbish but I need confirmation, is this true?

Is there anyway to expand the base plot of land for your settlement (I know there is extensions but they are for very specific things like farms). A village charter requires 5 people, yet you only receive a 25x25 plot of land, which means you are going to have to be very conservative on your land use and that is only for residential areas. Is there a way to expand? (And please don't say get a town, that requires even more people, meaning even less space).

If you had a village and say you had an additional 10 people to join and you filled out a town charter etc, would the 50x50 plot for the town be in addition to the village (50x50 + 25x25) or would the prior village fall within the bounds of the town (just a 50x50)?

Am I allowed to place a charter for an existing settlement that wishes to become regioned?

My question concerns the section where I will place the village charter. The village resides in the wilds but we were conquered by Renatus. So, should I post the charter in the wilds section or in the Renatus section?

I have asked a few people this question and got ver different answers.

How many Diamond Vips do you need for a city charter space and a region one?

Also, there is an npc village that someone has 'claimed' (No land claim though). Does something like this need a Warclaim is you wanted to claim that land yourself (With the appropriate charter or donation) and remove the village?

I would like to build a Home in Renatus, i was told to fill out a charter. All the charters i see are for towns / villages, but all i want is a a single house, with maybe a small farm and a mine.

I guess i'm just really confused as to how the process works for people who just want to get a charter to build a house. How would i then fill out the charter? would i need signatures? It would feel weird just explaining the history of my character and not the history of his people, who aren't going to be living with him.

I saw that Manor Plots (20x15ish) are available, but only in the cloud temple area. I'd really like a 20x15 plot in Renatus, because i'm a ranger that goes between Acrum and Arethor, so i don't spend any real solid amount of time in the Cloud Temple Area.

Any solid information would seriously help.

Thanks in Advance.

Can I ask these questions, please:

- Who controls the Wilds' Charter Applications?

- Is money necessary for the Charter in the Wilds?

Thanks
