You see the noticeboard and a parchment catches your attention. The parchment consists of very little writing and instead has a lot of spaces where it looks like signatures are meant to go. Then you read the description.

Dwarves, ye know me as Kirrekith, I am Head Remembrancer. But I do not write this to you as Head Remembrancer, neither do I leave this notice in the belief that every Dwarf will join me. But tis my duty to try.

Salvus aided us when the Orcs raided us, Salvus responded to our call for help as soon as we asked. Now Salvus asks for our aid. The Dwarf Nation cannot help in this defence as we cannot be drawn into a War with these nations, and that is why I write this.

This notice is a enlistment for "Kirrekith's Komodos". I ask any Dwarves to enlist in my freelance Army to aid Salvus. This army is not controlled by the Kingdom. I know I ask a lot, and I cannot pay you for what I ask, all I ask is that your honour your ancestors and Urguan and help me in the war.

Any Dwarf willing to fight with me as brothers in arms sign this Charter, We are the Sons of Urguan, the Children of the Ground.

We Dwarves 'ave our own problems to worry about, and Salvus sent us only 4 soldiers last time dey sent 'aid'. Kjell took power since Stronghold had a breakdown in the meeting and he dun' want us getting ourselves in a war with 5 other nations besides Orcs. You say we would be disguised but all it will take is one slip-up or death of our men for the truth to be revealed where these Dwarven warriors came from. Kjell does not wish for us to go into a pointless battle, two nations versus six is not gud' odds especially if we are not being given ANYTHING fer our services, and if it gets out wh'os 'elpin the blame lies with you...'n with Kjell's new regime I think there will be a good number of executions rather soon in the Kingdom.

"The Troops of the Komodo's I have come accross a supply of Gold Swords and Axes. I also have bows and arrows for the troops. I cannot give out any armour however, bring what you want to wear..."

He clenches his fists and approaches the dwarves gathered and discussing about the charter, a few taking the risk of signing the charter, despite the derision given by others more paces away from the actual parchment. He addresses the dwarf who scolded those not wanting to participate in the defense of Salvus...

'Tha' dwarves he' dun' fight this war hav' jus' as much honor! We beh' tha' ones hav'in ta' sit back and defend ol' Khaz due ta' ye' othas' thinkin' ye'selves tha' strongest fer' participatin' in an ill-thought out idea tha' must hav' been inspired by ta'much ale! *Morgrim approaches the two Dwarves and listens to what they have to say. He thinks upon what has been said for a moment and then makes his own comment.*

"If yer dunnae t'ink t'e Dwarves 'ere should be fightin' in t'is 'ere war, per'aps yer should be keepin' yer opinions to yerself. Salvus aided us when t'ere was word t'at t'e Orcs were attackin' and we 'ave an alliance ter up'old ter 'em. What would t'e old King T'orik Braveaxe t'ink if we were dishonourin' our alliances? We Dwarves are honourable folk lad, never should we back down from a war, particularly if it be one ter defend our only true ally. T'e other nations are foolish ter attack and t'ey will see it in time."
