The new chapter in the Kharajyr's military history. Learning from the High Elves in military structure, Ri'Bukaknog has assembled three absolutely essential branches for the Kharajyr's Do'. With it, success will be just a little bit easier to grasp. With it, he intends to make the Kharajyr not only feared for their 'savagery', but respected for their efficiency.

Do'Mebzuth- The path of the seafarer, all Do' are required to learn the ways of a ship, but only few excel. These are the navigators, the explorers, the scouts of the oceans and seas. Put in charge of the great ships of the Kharajyr, these Do', are some of the most disciplined sailors in Asulon. Or at least, Ri'Bukaknog intends for them to be. -Will make an IG book on training the Do'Mebzuth, sailing terms, charting training, etc.-

Do'Ezarmigru- Soldiers of the sea, escorted in ships by the Do'Mebzuth, these Do' are the offensive force of the Kharajyr. Striking coastal and sometimes even whole islands, these Do' are trained in the ways of the hunt. For they do not risk open war so foolishly like the 'honorable' apes, unless of course the advantage is too sweet to pass. To strike effectively in small groups is the goal of Ri'Bukaknog. A hunting party is better with fewer members. -Will make an IG book on the training the Do'Ezarmigru as well, archery, sword techniques, claw techniques, hunting techniques.-

Do'Egduthnar- Tree top guards of Va'Khajra and the defensive line for the Kharajyr. These Do' are not to be misinterpreted as useless in any way, unless of course they fail. Their task is the most important, they are expected to succeed where everyone else will fail. They are expected to defend the Kharajyr from inevitable attacks on the city. These Do' were created within the few months after the raids held by the Uruks. Too easily the Uruks came into the city and slain most who inhabited it. Ri'Bukaknog risks no further detriments to his people and thus, the installment of the Do'Egduthnar into the tasks of the Do'. -Will make an IG book on training the Do'Egduthnar, tree climbing, advanced archery technique, advanced sword technique, stalking techniques, ambush techniques.-

Naturally the application process will not be apparent now, as none of you fit the standards that Ri'Bukaknog expects of you, had there been an application. You all would likely fail. (( and I don't want you guys filling out ANOTHER application, however I do need specific details on your interests below.))Thus all Kharajyr are capable of earning the title of Do', provided they pass a few training courses [iG]. As well as face Ri'Bukaknog himself in a test of strength and fortitude. When you are tested your path will be determined and you will follow that path unless extreme conditions occur.

Rankings-

Rankings? You expect us to show such levels of vanity that the apes of the mainland possess? Foolish foolish kittens, there will be no 'ranks'. There will be renown, instead of trying to best eachother, we will work together to achieve the ultimate goal. Peace. Where an ape still stands, there stands a threat that a Kha may be skinned, that a Kha may be chained. Our goal is simple, eliminate the threat and preserve the gracious. Those who show no intention to skin us shall live, those who don't... Will be skinned, captured, enslaved, burned, sacrificed, crushed alive by boulders, thrown down a bottomless pit etc.

The only promotion possible for Do' such as you are the risings into Dra'. The point of this is you focus on doing your job and not simply attempting to gain merit so you can slack off on a cushion and tell people what to do, that's my job. Mine.

Steps to upkeep morale and effectiveness-

Bedding will be provided in barracks, Ri'Bukaknog will designate your hammock and lockbox.

Arms and armor will be provided, Each Do' is designated a special set specific to their path.

Do'Mebzuth are given leather armor, an iron sword for duty, a wooden sword for training, and a stone spear for their discretion to use.

Do'Ezarmigru are given iron armor, two iron swords, one for duty one for safekeeping, a bow with a full quiver [32] and a wooden training sword.

Do'Egduthnar are given leather armor until they have proven practiced climbers, from which point they will be given iron and expected to return the leather for future use. They are given an iron sword for duty, a bow with two full quivers [64] and a wooden training sword.

No spares will be given, you are expected to harvest what you plant, spoils will be distributed accordingly due to needs for repairs of ill-fitting ape equipment and the needing of the stockroom to be filled in order to supply all of the Do'.

Training courses- Ri'Bukaknog will take each branch out every week [day] if needed, breaks will be given due to the fact that a tired Do' is a useless Do'. [Or I'm just not online nor have time for training]. Do' are expected to train even when Ri'Bukaknog isn't scowling and roaring at you.

Meals- Food will be provided if utterly needed, however the Do' are expected to keep themselves fed with either their leisure activities or their time hunting and training with the beasts that inhabit the jungles.

Ri'Bukaknog stares at the small Pantera and looks him up and down, he nods in approval and with a wry smile he says.-

With that said, he goes off to the desert to construct the training courses for the Do', wooden planks and an axe in hand.
