Appearence: Merenwen Hurzenar, only 26 in Mori standards, is short for elven standards( only 5'0) with smooth, seemingly flawless blue skin. She wieghs roughly 90-95 LBs. very well endowed and corvacious, she is often boasted of by her house and sometimes cuases unwanted jealousy. Merenwen wears her Silken blue hair long and unkept, often covering the left member of her odd, white eyes. Her lips are lush, normaly adorn in dark lipstick that adds interest to her youthful face. She will often fluant her natural " gifts " in a number of ways such as dressing provcatively. She mainly dresses in skimpy, silk dressess, alternatively wearing a long, thick hooded cloak if entering the outside world.

Personality: Do not be fooled though, This girl is not only a pretty face. What she lacks in strength, she makes up for in intelligence. Merenwen has always had a gift for learning. At an early age she began to read, even before she could walk. Her common interests have always been of learning all she can. She believes if she gains more knowledge she can further her position in Mori Society. Merenwen relies on archery in fighting, or so she thinks.

Merenwen has shown an oddly kind heart, despite the society she was born into, she longs to help others and do the right thing, but never can seem to do these things. She will often try and hide her true wishes from others,thinking that it it either a weakness or they just wont understand, under a very fragile placid shell that can almost easily be broken by the right . She is naive and can be easily pressured into doing things she would not usually do with the right application of pain or pleasure. She constantly fears the thought of death and will beg and degrade herself to avoid it at all cost. She also has a very submissive personality, she tends to not be able to hold control or dominate subjects and hides the fact she has homosexual tendencies towards women in her society, being attracted to dominance.

Biography:

Merenwen Hurzenar was born into a small commoner family, though they were not poor they were not wealth either and they would often have just enough to support merenwen and her two older sisters.

As a child she stood so much shorter then other children, she was a bit nicer than everyone else and often was weaker, though she was very Intelligent even for a child. She managed to evade or hide from every bit of torment the other children tried to through her way, no matter if it was taunting or fights, she was always able to find a way to escape being a target. She never had many friends through out her life and often would be found reading, drawing or playing alone in some corner or secluded place. She began to hide her feelings from others fearing she would be ridiculed and mocked for them.

As she grew older she began to take interest in archery, learning from her mother to shoot a bow she had crafted for her duaghter. Merenwen has kept this bow with her ever since and mostly will not let it leave her side, believing it would keep her mother's spirit and blessing with her where ever she goes. She also began to take an interest in painting, showing a great talent for it. Merenwen dreamed of being able to one day paint beautiful works of art for noble families and priestesses for a living.

At age 26 she had become an intelegent young woman with a sharp mind and wit. She was still rather short for an elf, only being 5 foot tall, but she never let that get to her. She began to work as a painter, though she has not yet gained any form of reconition and she strives to do so. She sought to join the bardic Collage and enhance her skills so she may realize her long fantasized dreams. Unfortunately, Merenwen was forced to turn to prostitution as a way to provide her income. This was not her best choice.

Your characters ambitions:. survive as long as she can. Become great in the eyes of her people. Become a great and renowned painter and artist. Eventually stop taking part in prostitution.

The hooded figure imparts information involving a conspiracy to over-throw the House of Miiystra, and offers you a hefty sum of coin to partake in the planned attack. How does your character react?

Merenwen gives a suprised look " over throw the High Queen? " shakes her head " that is to dangerous, I am sorry but I must decline." She turns and walks away from the figure. She would have nothing to do with this madness, probably resulting in the death of all the plotters.

Your character finds him/herself watching the Alure d'aphyon: the several fighters within the void maze wield only sticks as they prove their prowess as warriors by battling to the death. One of fighters happens to be a close companion of yours, and you witness him being strategically cornered by three of the other fighters and beaten to death. While the crowd cheers in celebration of the violence, and the death of your friend. How does your character react?

Merenwen tries to hold back hot tears as she quickly turns away from the scene. She exits the arena as fast as she can, she needed to be alone, no one should see her like this. They would see her weakness and in this society you can not afford weakness. She scolded herself for caring for someone as weak as this, he died becuase he was careless.
