You should be able to know when something is OOC or IC by context or forum titles *facepalm* people don't say (()) when they are speaking or writing IRL. This is a forum anyways so unless it is stated it is IC then it should ALWAYS be assumed it is OOC.

Well there are only around like 20 active Dwarves in the server and I know them all well enough and they are all educated enough to know when there is an OOC comment or an IC one, if you don't, don't comment on our forum please. I don't want to flame back and forth on here, you were the ONLY one to have a problem and a forum mod checked on here and had no problems so please just don't comment on my posts please.
