The Grand Council:

The ancient system of the Grand Council was a method of managing the Kingdom of Kal'Urguan in the days of Old, the purpose of the council is to lighten the tasks of the King of the Dwarves and to make the servicing of the Dwarvern people efficient. The Council can be seen as nobility and will receive housing to the Palace as well as access to luxury services such as the future Noble Bath House and servants, the position also pays but the wages have yet to be decided.

Legate (Military)

Dwarf of Interest: Ask this Dwarf about the military, Create Squads, Create Warclaims with Diplomat Ask for permission to the Armory and Guard Towers.

The Dwarf’s Task: Is to manage the military for the kingdom, this means he will be responsible for the well being of the hold in times of war and will have control over the military on the Paragon’s command save for times of great need thus he must also be responsible for the dispatching of diamond armors on troops with the aid of the other Dwarvish war leaders and the management of the loot from war.

Forge Master (Economy)

Dwarf of Interest: Cobbler Steelarm (coblergobler)

Importance: Ask this Dwarf about Blacksmithing, Ask for Permissions to the Forge.

The Dwarf’s Task: To manage the forge and the Dwarves within it, he is tasked to train the young beardlings in the ways of the forge and to notify the Emperor or High merchant of lacking resources such as ore, or coal within the Hold’s market storage.

Master Architect (Tech)

Dwarf of Interest: Oghren Grandaxe (Exodawn), Thoak Goldhand (Thoak_Sludgefist)

Importance: Consult major and minor Constructions with this Dwarf, Ask for Lab or Study Permissions.

The Dwarf’s Task: Is to plan and construct major buildings for the Empire with the Emperor’s final consent, he then recruits able body Dwarves who will be paid weekly much like the Guards during the construction time.

Importance: Consult plans and Ideas for Dwarvish Technology, Ask for permissions to construction zones.

The Dwarf’s Task: Is to create and design mighty contraptions for the Empire of Urguan

High Merchant (Economy)

The Dwarf’s Task: Is to praise and guide the Dwarves in the way of the Paragons, he or she will have the important task of giving the Dwarves culture and hope in times of need, he will also serve as the head rememberancer, collecting ancient Dwarvish texts and lore.

The Lord Baron/Dwarven Resources (Economy)

Why are you good for this position?: I am currently in the position and it was appointed to me by Kjell. I also have been doing what the job entailed long before I even received the rank of Baron. Before there was a Baron I did the jobs of Baron because they needed to be done so I stepped up. I also am a Teamspeak authority figure to halt multi-channel conflicts between OOC nation chats.

I have been sending new Dwarves in the direction of the guild that most closely relates to their best skill as well. I also have been stockpiling resources by use of guilds and ...other means. (Stealing from orc camps) I have just recently began the Market Project I've started on the Google Spreadsheet. The spreadsheet contains other projects I've listed that need to be done around Mount Ire. I am hoping to expand it to other areas in the Karik region.

Do you believe other Dwarves respect you? Yes, I do. I'd say about 95% approve of me. I usually get along with mostly everyone. There's always a few bad eggs that show up in the basket.
