I have been looking for a amulet that turned

Me into a dwarf at the final daysbof Aegis and have not found it since. After settling down for many years I decided to go and find this amulet in Asulon. Having a feeling someone took it and brought it with them here. Today I came to a strange town full of halflings. Nice little folk even for my size.  There was a wizard he was wearing a grey robe and had a grey beard. I asked him about the amulet and if he has heard about. He told me he has not heard of such amulet so I thanked him for his help and I continued on. I traveled the lands far and wide, searching for that damned amulet that cursed me many years ago. I have been to snowy mountains and sandy dunes. For weeks I have traveled not knowing where it is or where I be going. I came to a castle in a mountain. They are hunters of monsters who protect the coming folk of the land. They fed me and gave me a bed. The next morning I thanked them and asked about the amulet. Surprisingly they told me they know about it that a human has the amulet that he found on the main road while leaving Aegis.  He told me that the man was a couple kilometers from here at an inn. I went to the inn to see a familiar face, it was goblin. I was happy to see him but he did not remember me sadly. I told him about my adventure and told him about my brother of whom he knew well and was a good friend of him. He said it was not a man but a halfling. He told me that he was smart and he could not fool him to be his supper. I thanked him and continued my way. I traveled for days and days, this balding was amazingly fast for his size. But I managed to get to him... Sort of. I found him at his home and him laying dead on the floor. House looted and destroyed I searched and did not find the amulet. This angered me because now I am tired and do not wish to find it anymore.  But I came across a little trading caravan and found that they are selling my amulet. The price they put in it was unbearable. 45000 Minas it was. I thought to myself if it was worth it and while I was thinking this rich man purchased the amulet and went off. At this point I was ready to just go back home. But I could not bare to be this dwarf anymore. I feel short around my people when I was a normal sized human. I chased that man and chased. Across all of Asulon I was following him and waited for the right moment to take it. I could not steal myself but I hired someone who can. She was the prettiest woman I have ever seen. She said she can steal it from me free of charge and I thanked her for that.  The way she alluded this man happens like this. 

" hey there handsome, mind if I get a drink with you"

* man sees the woman looks down a little and his eyes widen* 

" wow of course there my lady."

* they continued to drink wine and talk when suddenly the man says*

" hey pretty want to go to my room and you know?"

" ooh I would looove that"

* so they went up to the room to you know what. Time passes*

Vlad has been waiting for the lady to come back but it was getting late and she was worried something could have happened to her.  But turns out she came back with the amulet. When she gave me it I was soo happy I kissed her. She smiled saying it was fun and all but she had to go home. I thanked her and she left. 

But I followed her back to her house and it turned out to be a dump. She found that I was following her and she asked me why i was stalking her. I told her that I be needing a queen to sit by me at the throne. She said no. She told me she was a noble before but could not take the people. I was like alright and said thank you for everything and moved on.

It was in my hands. The damn amulet that cursed me many years ago. Not to be mean to any dwarves but it's not that fun when you are a king and your subjects are looking down to you or you are to slow with the stubby legs.  

I finally came to a peaceful place and took a deep breath. The amulet in my hands after all these years of searching and searching. I slowly put the amulet around my neck and all of a sudden I felt the energy go through me like it had happened back in Aegis. I felt my bones shake my muscles tighten and I felt a sudden urge to sleep. I held myself from falling asleep because I do not want to have the damn amulet lost again. But soon enough I wake up at a campfire at night with a hunter. He asked me " what were you doing in the forest lad? Your clothes be ripped and small fee ya". I looked at him with disbelief and said " do I look like a dwarf to you?" he laughed and replied " well the long braided beard makes you look like one but you look like a normal human to me". I stood up and yelled " finally! After all these years as a Dwarf I am now in my own body." the man was confused but I told him the story of what had happened and he gave me the amulet he said he found not far from me when I fell unconscious. I thanked him and have him a bag of Minas to pay for the commotion I caused and rode off back home to my ship where it would take me to nectar island. 

From that day on Vlad has not removed the amulet from his neck and feels the power surge from it being eternally stronger than he ever was.
