The thing is that it makes absolutely no sense for them to choose that place. A "medium sized faction" would choose an empty or abandoned place, not another village trying to setup.

They aren't trying to setup. They've been there for quite a while now and most of the village have moved on. Around a month ago there was 5 homes there, now there's one. There's also a large section of the ruin closed off from everyone else. On top of all this, he doesn't even RP there and I've seen no signs of RP there for a while. The only RP that I've had there is with someone who was brand new to the server, and had gotten lost.

I also see you tried to lie about that. You see before you said AFK I was counting down to PvP. Heres most of the incident. In the second picture I meant to say. I do not need to give consent, I just need to let my oponent be aware of PvP.

The minute you start hating on people oocly, hating on the controller of a said character because of what that character has done, the second you begin insulting him and making him feel like utter **** because your character was mistreated in character. That means you are mixing OOC and IC which is a form of metagaming, yes I'm accusing you of metagaming and I refuse to be held accustomed to this accusation of pillaging. We were all lead to believe that we were joining the Fireeyes by Cailean, myself included. We did not pillage but stand and watch as Ser Lion and Cailean turned on us and began ranting at you. He broke no rule although you did, you have lost any respect for me as a roleplayer as turning such OOC hate towards Cailean for something that happened in character has nothing to do with OOC affairs. This war claim should be valid and just because you don't think that this is a nice place because there is skeletons etc, Caileans character may think differently. He may have a rather fucked up view on beauty and think that this infact is very nice and worth taking. And for OOC, he is greedy, so? Sometimes you need to go after the things you want in life, greed is not always a filthy trait. So being greedy can sometimes prove to be a wonderful thing and you saying this is just another way to dig under his skin. Please, stick to the human rules of courtesy and stop hassling him, he has done nothing wrong but roleplay his character. He has stuck to his character perfectly and this is why I think he is a bloody amazing roleplayer, he isn't influenced by any OOC means and continued to stick to his character even when you were OOCly upset. This concluded my little Geo Rant.

Zalm was an event-antagonist. If you're doing this to become a new server-enemy and be quickly crushed, go ahead.

The village is inactive. I suppose we're being most like Kyral. Who's to say that we wont one day unify the Mallowlyn. It's an inactive village and we want to breath some life into it. We may one day become a nation ourselves. Who knows? Anything is possible. We don't like seeing the land of Asulon being abused and secrets being shut off from the world. We want to improve the ruin seeing as it's current state is diabolical. It seems like he wants to stay as the owner of the village just for the sake of being it's owner.

I honestly think everything would turn out much easier if you did this in fair terms.

I spoke to him for a long time today hoping to come to some sort of conclusion. This was the last step I wanted to take. I don't even like PvP, I suck at it lol.
