Holm Taxes(With Less Fail)

Okay so this is simple. Taxes for housing, or per person(As we have it now)

Lets look at the down sides and upsides of these two.

As is, taxing per person, with set amount(150) every week.

As it stands right now, we are very unorganized, so this option seems simple. But it isn't.

We have no idea what is going on right now due to certain events and we are trying to get back in order. So as of right now we havent been able to charge taxes because we have no idea who actually lives in Holm.

The only way we can really continue this is if we get everyone working together so that we can figure out who is who. I cannot do this, I have a guild to run and I can barely do that.

Per house, set tax.

With this option we could easily deal with the taxes, how ever the down side is that we would have to limit how many people can live in one house, and those with bigger houses or manors would be paying the same as people in apartments. Even with me being a noble, I see this as unfair.

Now for the fun ones...

Per person, percentage according to rank and income.

This would be the best option for us, on income, however this requires MUCH more orginization. Also I get the feeling I would be the only one doing the math for the percentages.

For the per person option we would need the players that live in holm to cooperate with us on tell us whetther they live here on not. I believe this tax would also apply to anyone who works in holm, so it would be even harder dealing wiht people who work here, but don't live here.

Per house, percentage of CURRENT price.

This would be amazing to have, a tax system based off of our housing economy! I can honestly say that the onlt downside of this I forsee is the math. But once it is done it is pretty simple to adjust when the prices change. This also balances out for bigger houses. People in apartments would be paying smaller amount and people in middle class housing would be paying higher taxes and so on. I feel that THIS is the best option for our economy in Holm. But this still comes with the down side of limiting how many poeople can live in one house.

I would also like everyone to please vote on the second poll aswell. Though this poll may not effect Izier or Caoimeh's decision.
