If you wish to do this war-claim without proper records of this, it should require a VA for 1a at the least, since you are essentially "lying" if you have no proof of it IC. The reason behind this warclaim is miscommunication and not paying and similar things. IT was accpted by a War Claim member. If they solve it Icly before the claim its fine. Thievery, Cheating, Lockpicking, and Jailbreaking - Self explanatory. Cheating must not abuse game mechanics, you may not lie or cheat out of character. (Side note - Lockpicking is done, /modreq, proper RP of lockpicking, and a successful roll of over 15 with a /roll 20. The GM will then poke in the chest and take some things and throw them to you.) **2a.Murder Type A - Assassinations, Murdering when unprovoked. (Side note - you do not need a VA to hire an Assassin) ***2b.Murder Type B - Killing for pleasure, twisted ways of killing (cannibalism, weird fetishes), Torture, Slaving (Side note - You do not need 2b to own a slave. You do need it however to break, sell, or beat them.) **3. Unholy Worship - Performing villainous acts in the name of a deity or god. Sacrifices, purging the impure, cults activities. ***4. Chaos/Corruption, Deception/Conning - Creating political corruption, purposefully creating chaos, paying off officials.(Sidenote - You do not need a VA for accepting bribes) *****5. Psychopathy - Insanity, Split Personalities, Uncontrollable Actions (Side note - This means if you have a disorder that makes you act in a villainous way. Like say your calm one moment, and your disorder flairs up and you all of a sudden want to kill the closest person to you.) Blundermore 2741 Share Posted July 19, 2012 If his account was hacked or his computer then postponed may be a better option, though you also have to realise that IC'ly these land men are not probably ones to waste time when someone is outwardly defying their rule or rules. They will probably want to go and beat this tax dodger with clubs and strap him to his own horse to be rode out of town till dead. (the usual punishment for not paying the tithe of the crown in these times) So if it is to be postponed it wouldn't be for long remembering that a year ic is about 3.5 - 6 ish days IRL depending apon how you calculate time. I doubt in RP they would give someone who wasn't paying his taxes that much time to pay up or be slaughtered. They would probably do it within 3 months before winter comes to which point fighting any sort of battle would be more costly than they could afford in terms of money and food supplies.))
