I must agree to this. It seems all of you are taking this too close to heart OOC'ly. Its an RP server like you stated, Yet you want him to back off? I am pretty sure in medieval days that if you didn't pay taxes when they were due and you paid them late, They would still chop your head off for being late.

Please, Stop taking these war claims into OOC hate fests. Because from what it seems is that all you guys are freaking out over 1 war claim. It seems to me that you guys are trying to keep the land/keep everything thats on it. It seems a little item hungry/hoarding. I specifically remember a ban report on tavari when he said he had all his items in locked chests on a private island that no one can get to.

Then when someone war claims it for VALID RP reasons you guys are freaking out way too much.

Please, All of you relax and go with the war claim. Good luck to both sides.

P.S. Stop getting the dates pushed back. I might want to watch this fight. ;D

I feel so sad that no one likes the tower design i made......Anyway, it seems like both sides are lying to get what they want. Bortrek7/ Ellisia is was originally lying that no taxes were ever asked for so that there would be no reason to take the island, and it seems quite obvious that the other party is grasping at what they can to take this island by any means. Seriously? taxes not payed? That is one lame excuse my friend. Taxes should not justify a whole warclaim with as i see four warships and an entire army to get your taxes. This whole situation would be better settled in an IC situation where the two parties characters would discuss what must be payed for the taxes and a "Proper punishment" for not paying on time. That does not mean outright destroying the whole island, and it would instead probably entail the lord demanding more money and gifts for Borgtrek's tardiness. If the warclaim still goes through without this than i tend to agree with Borgtrek that you seem to be just a power hungry person trying to use rp to gain more land

It has already been accepted. And frankly, I don't care what you have to say. My guy deemed borgtrek7 as an unfit ruler, and he's never paid his taxes. He wants the island brought back under his control.

I am tired of the constant whining and bitching. Can an FM lock this thread?

And also i was saying to stop the warclaim and be civilized in order to avoid more flames. But you already said why that's impossible
