"Treasurer" - Ceslav Folk Song:

See the fire underground?

Feel the cold, fear and despair?

Its treasurer damned light,

Calling down to miners pyre.

(Chor.)In the farest mountain caves,

In the tunnels, vaults and dens,

Below deepest underlakes,

Gold and diamond Tresurer makes...

In the tunnel darkest night,

I herd whang and whang and whang,

Met treasurer below ground,

Oh how dredful his pick rung,

In the farest...

Young and brave was the lad,

Coming down to cave with arms,

foolish young one run like mad,

From treasurer dreadest glance,

In the farest...

Mining iron from its heart,

Felt his gaze on my back,

leaning lousy on my cart,

"Have a fire?" He just asked,

In the farest...

Set a foot in newest mine,

Large rat stood with fur dark brown,

hold me with his two red eyes,

Till the tunnel crumbled down,

In the farest...

There was once a miner great,

Reached farthest of the depths,

Mining gold and gems his fate,

Till treasurer once he met.

In the farest mountain caves,

In the tunnels, vaults and dens,

Below deppest underlakes,

Gold and diamond Tresurer makes...

Here is the music I had in mind when writing this song:(Cut from song: "Gody" by Jar, Polish Folk Band.)

The First 28 seconds are just music(Normal for folk songs, its to gather spectators), then starts first verse. At 35 second goes Chorus, until 46 second, and so on. A little crude, but I hope enjoyable.

It seems to me that none of our fellow celtavs have actually seen these lyrics... Trying hard, ain't they?

 Time to teach them how to sing.

Well done

Thank you.

It seems to me that none of our fellow celtavs have actually seen these lyrics... Trying hard, ain't they?

 Time to teach them how to sing.

I have small pause in creating, as soon as I get over some stuff I will get back to making up more of our cultural heritage. :ugeek:
