Why are you/your character starting this town? What role will it play?

To create a canal that will connect the eastern and western seaboard, and it will be primarily farming lands. It will also serve as the Geminines first official land. Merek Geminine will be the lord of Simona.

What type of political system is enforced in this town? Is this town under the reign of any other nation at this time?

We're under the High Chancellor, Merek will be the count. Count Merek will be in charge of Simona, and will collect taxes in minas. A percentage of the taxes will go to the High Chancellor. The members of the Geminine family are nobles. So they are to be respected with in the town of Simona. Simona will follow all of the laws of the Great Empire of Oren.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.)

Simona will consist mostly of human farmers, but may occasionally house others of any other race if Merek chooses to allow the person to reside in Simona. Merek will only give permission to those that will not cause trouble, and have suitable skills that will suffice the towns needs. Of course, some exceptions will be made so that families with no minas can be housed temporarily.

Where would you prefer the town’s region be? Including a screenshot of the land would be nice (of game or map).

We will be purchasing land from the High Chancellor (clayman730). The region is called birdholdingabowsniffinghiswing. No joke, it's called that. Here are the pictures:

*As he comes upon Arethor he see's a beggar on the side of the road, he tosses some minas to the beggar then heads into town to find a feather. After hours of searching he must resort to calling out in Arethor asking for a feather to write with. Finally someone throws a feather at him. Happy with his work, he heads home.*

*Upon returning home, he stands at the charter then looks at the paper, and beside it lies some ink with a feather soaking in the ink. He frowns a bit, but then uses his feather to sign the charter . Pleased with his work, he turns and leaves, forgetting his feather on the table. *

Sorry if this seems harsh, but I fail to see how this settlement is unique and creative. We already have tons of settlements, and this will possibly just spread the RP even more. What can this settlement bring to Asulon, that other settlements can not?

Not gonna lie, the charter is simply being made for the simple reason of having one. We've already made the deal with clayman730. Although, I do 100% agree with you. This is just some boring town, that'll serve little to no RP contribution to the server. I currently have to go to lunch with some friends. When I return, I'll be doing some massive brainstorming and editing to the post. I feel that it is probably best to create some benefits this settlement can deliver to Asulon. <3
