if you guys have a own launcher would it be like tekkit (of techniclauncher)

tekkit does have mods to play it with other players(who has the same mod),

so is it enable to put mods in the launcher of the game (you guys do that), and we download the new launcher or update it, and then everyone has the mod and i can see it

(like a mod to get keys for chests, it isn't like paper that called bandage its like real keys for chests, and i can drop the key, or give the key to an other.)

Well, I'm making a client, but we're now running a custom server wrapper that is not craftbukkit. Not really 'competing', but yea lol.

Are you thinking more like 3 weeks or like two months? As I am thinking about having a coder make something like this for Hawk's modpack and I don't want it to be a waste of effort if the client comes out so soon.
