Once all the clansmen as arrived in the fortress of Harrion Elendil, Thorenir Elendil the Second climbs up onto the battlements and begins to speak.

 

"Adunians, we have had a troubled time over the last week. First Torrhen betraying Oren, or being framed to betray Oren, depending on who's story you believe. Then the exodus to Eyveror, followed by the joint White Rose-dwarf attack on us. This was soon followed by us leaving the Tarus land and fleeing into the mountains, as King Tarus declared he no longer welcomed us because of the trouble we had brought him. In the mountains we had some hard times, we didnt know what to do, where we were safe, where we would be hunted, if our children would ever properly live their lives or be forever on the run. And then Torrhen abandoned us, the stress of it all must have got to him and he just left. We cant blame him for his actions, only remember the great Adunian Lord he once was, and we can rejoice that he is not dead or rotting in a jail cell, but instead happily living out his days somewhere else in this land. I, Thorenir Elendil the Second, have taken up his position as Adunian Lord, and have been granted a county within Oren for us to continue as we were before all this. The Empire has forgiven us for our wrongs, and we may now walk freely within it's borders once more. Our Westfall county in the new land will be the heart of it's duchy, just as Ildon was to Westfall in Asulon. We can build ourselves back up to what we once more, but we can only do it with eachother. Within this fort, owned by our Duke Harrion Elendil, you may all find refuge until we move onto the new land, and Im sure it shant be hard for my nephew to find you all work. This is the start of a new age, a better age, and I wish for all of you to enter it with me"

 

Once finished, Thorenir steps back from the edge of the battlements and awaits any questions or statements.

 

[basically, Axl just got sick of all the OOC stuff and bickering going on. He was very attached to the Adunia, and found bad things that happened IC distressing OOC. Axl did an amazing job running the Adunia and building us up to where we are now, dont let all his effort go to waste, stick around and help me continue his legacy.]

Thomas mutters, "Well fawk..." after hearing that the man he turned against in the Harrion vs Torrhen debate was now the leader of Adunia. He then slips out of the fortress and heads off to Oren.

*Argyll stands in his father's fort, listening to Thorenir's words. He didn't have to, he was there for all of it, loyal to Torrhen. Even in the last few moments, where he was ready to kill Thorenir on the word of his lord. Those were the same last few moments where Torrhen turned around, opened the hard stone door, and walked away*

*Hawke looks to oren with a blank expression behind his helmet. His armor battered and scarred. "Finally..." He says before marching to the fort in the distance.*

The Dawn of a New Age

 

 

Thorenir Elendil II sits in the Fort Arendil meeting hall, tracing his index finger down a list of previous Adunian Lords. As his finer ends on 'Torrhen Elendil - Exiled' he peers up at the small oak chest sitting on the table. The Adunian Lord sits back in his chair and calls out towards the door, "Martin, get in here". Thorenir's Thane of Relations, Martin Loyola, slowly opens the door to the hall and peers inside, his grayed hair gleaming in the dim evening light streaming in through the window, "Yes, Thorenir?". As Martin enters the room and shuts the door behind him, Thorenir nods to the tiny oak chest sitting upon his table. "What is this? A small treasure box?", Martin asks curiously as he walks over to the table. "Can you recite any of the Adunian Lord for me, Martin?", Thorenir asks as his old friend takes a seat. "Ill admit my memories are rather foggy on those", Martin replies, "Its been ages since I last read or heard them". "Cant say Im asking you to recite any difficult one's", Thorenir answers as he looks to the parchment lying by the chest, "Possibly the most basic one there is". After several moments thinking, Martin nods and speaks again, "Well then, for one the Adunian Lord is to wear upon his head the Circlet of Horen, also known as the Circlet of Harren. Correct me if I'm wrong". The Adunian Lord smiles and nods to the box again, "The circlet's inside then, Id take it?", Martin continues. Thorenir smiles and nods once more, "If you remember, Artorus stopped wearing the true circlet in favor of a strange dull one mid-way through his rule, and so Torrhen never received it. It has been in my care ever since". Thorenir looks back to the little chest, "Would you care to open it for me, Martin?". With that, the Thane stands from his chair and walks around to the chest, slowly opening it to reveal a velvet lined inner and a dusty, slightly damaged circlet made of gold with a diamond en-crested upon the front. Thorenir nods to Martin in approval before leaning forwards and carefully lifting the circlet from the chest. As Martin nods in return and steps back, Thorenir wipes the dust from the circlet with his hand wraps before slowly lifting it up and placing it down upon his head. The Adunian Lord then lets out a deep, relieved as he stands from the throne. "And so a new age begins", he says as he leans onto the table. Martin nods to Thorenir, "Aye", he says, "Let us hope it may prove to be more prosperous than our last".

*Argyll adds a name to the list of Adunian Ranger Initiates. It reads "Wilkomir: Ranger Initiate" nods with satisfaction after hammering it into the wall*

 

((zdr5 has joined my ranks. I will try find him some armour, a bed and shizz. A guy got attacked by Orcs, I came to help, and zdr5 was already there, fighting 3 Orcs off, I think that is Adunian Ranger material))

By order of the Lord of the Adunia, Count Thorenir Elendil the Second, the following is to be put into action immediately:

 

-Torrhen Elendil is stripped of his position as a member of the Elendil family, and official exiled and labeled a traitor to both the Adunia and the Empire.

-The Adunian Clans Brae and Armas are stripped of their positions as Adunian Clans, aswell as any other positions their members hold throughout Adunian society.

-The Adunian Clans Brae and Armas are banished from Adunian society and Oren.

-Torrhen and members of the Armas and Brae bloodlines are to be detained on sight.

-If the above cannot be detained, they are to be executed without hesitation.

-Members of the rebel group know as 'Torrhen's Rangers', 'The Adunian Order', or 'The Adunian Brotherhood' are to suffer the same fate as the above.

-Anyone caught assisting those listed above are to suffer the same fate.

-It is to be known that the actions of (The Adunian Order/Torrhen's Rangers/The Adunian Brotherhood), the Brae bloodline, the Armas bloodline, and the man formerly known as Torrhen Elendil (Now known to be using the alias 'Harren') are NOT condoned by House Elendil, the Adunia, or the Adunian Lord, but are instead CONDEMNED.

 

Further action is to be taken against these groups by the Empire.

Antiochus grumbles, trudging through the muck, rain been pouring down for near two days solid, a few other rangers behind him.

 

"Cinn suas, saoistí. Beidh siad a chur amach ag lorg dúinn!"

 

Antiochus knocks an arrow, to be cautious, continuing on with the few rangers left.
