Posters are spread around Asulon through noticeboards, or winds picking up the notes left on the floor, numerous copies have been made as the loose ones fly around Asulon, Oren's noticeboards littered with hundreds as squires pass them around to wandering civilians and guards. Hoping to bring attention to the cause

Wanted ALIVE by Queen Kyral Hightower

Her Granddaughter Ryder Crownlance

3GNr2.png

My granddaughter, Ryder Crownlance is to be brought back to Solace ALIVE, she is to marry the treacherous Tarus house and is to come back home. She is to be taken away from Eze'kiel, whom she had once had my blessing to marry.

Not anymore, after what Eze'kiel has done, I will not allow my granddaughter to be with him.

The bounty for her return is five thousand mina, if injured, the reward will be lowered. If dead, you better hide, because I'll be putting a bounty on your head.

Ryder, if you do read this, please, come home.

Rubs his jaw quietly while reading this,

"Well if she's a Tarus, and coupled with this, does that make her worth eight-thousand minas?"

Ryder narrows her eyes, reading over the scrap of paper her father brought her. She frowns, a tear coming from her eyes as she reads over her grandmother’s words. She sits down, bringing a clean piece of paper to her as she begins to write.

My Dearest Grandmother,

I understand that recent events have not put me in a decent light but bear in mind the circumstances that led to this moment. Eze’kiel is not to blame for what happened, we were poisoned by lies that held no truth, led on by individuals of whom we thought were wise in this matter. I understand why you would want me home, but I must refuse. I will not leave the one I love, who I have pledged myself to over no one else. Think of you what you may, but we have been humbled by what has happened and wish to be left in peace.

Bear in mind Grandmother, I have lived most of my life without your grace, and as much as I’d hate to, it will not harm us to be apart. Remember, I am not a Hightower, and I have never quite felt welcome in your court.

I ask that you do me this favor grandmother, and let me be in peace. Call off your dogs and forgive what has happened.

With love, Ryder.

She seals the letter with a blank seal, walking to the long journey to the temple under a red cloak. She spots a guard standing amongst the trees, slipping a coin in his hand along with the letter. She turns and walks back into the confusion of people, lost in the crowd.

*Posts a letter under the poster*

"Eze'kiel himself is wanted, the Hightower crown will pay 4000 minas for him brought alive."

The notes seem to vanish in the winds and the squires passing out the notes have gone away, noticeboards left clean as the wanted posters are all gone, it seems Kyral must have found Ryder, Or vice versa.
