Juvens 199 Share Posted December 2, 2012 The advantage other server have, for example H*******craft (censored it myself to prevent advertisment) They get alot of money and exp for every vote they do right after sending the vote. By that people keep doing it everyday. Of course we can't do that...but maybe you could give special blocks that normally can't be obtained or are hard to get (nether goods). The portion of players now who are voting, compared to when there was mina rewards for it in Aegis is significantly lower. The majority of players don't care about the server as a whole. Many don't even log in to the forums. Those on the forums are doing all the work and it is their party. Elindor 666 Share Posted December 3, 2012 A direct competitor has a huge push on voting. It seems all LOTC can do is say "come on guys, let's vote!" And while I understand the defence of RP for not giving out rewards; we ARE on a temp server. Dishing out massive rewards isn't going to have any impact when we get back to the proper RP. Your right, but do you think this small amount will get more people to voting? I don't know... It's like fishing...the better the lure the better your chance of catching a fish.
