-Western Wind Trade Company-

The Western Wind Trade Company works in the collection of raw materials, the processing of materials, and the shipping of goods.

The Western Wind Trade Company is not a distributor of goods, but a supplier. The company gathers raw materials, processes the materials, builds the processed materials into goods and sells these goods to shops. The company not only supplies goods, but ships goods upon order.

The Western Wind Trade Company is an independent company, separate of any political ties to any race or nation. Economically the company will try and create ties with all nations and races.

The Western Trade Company employs all types of workers, this includes, lumberjacks, farmers, engineers, blacksmiths, guards and jewelers.

-Outpost System-

The Western Wind Trade Company operates under an outpost system; this system creates multiple small outposts all throughout the realm where specific raw goods are collected. The raw goods are then shipped to the company headquarters and are either stored in the warehouse or moved directly to processing plants such as lumber mills, forges, granaries, and gristmills.

Outposts and their inhabitants are provided with food, water, housing and transportation in return for work.

When and if an outpost grows to the size of a large town, the outpost will be permitted to form its own government.

The scimitar along with its unique blade has a unique, flared handle, giving the user a better control and handling of the sword. The standard blade is about 30 inches long and its handle is about 5 inches. The scimitar is capable of cutting into thicker armors as well as puncturing through chainmail, however, this depends on the size, weight, thickness and balance of the blade.

Circle Shield

The circle shield is crafted of bronze and a leather backing and usually has a unique pattern designed on the shield, it is approximately three feet in diameter. It is primarily used for defense, however, due to its size and maneuverability it can be used for bashing. Upon the shield are four semi-spheres, these spheres allow for better deflection of swords and arrows. The shield can deflect most arrows and handheld weapons.

Western Spear

The western spear is made of ash wood, measures 10 feet in length and is pointed on both sides. The spear front end uses a larger spearhead made for for dispatching enemies by causing fatal wounds and mass amounts of blood loss, on the back end of the spear is a butt-spike, the spike works as a counterweight, however, it functions as another weapons as well allowing the user to attack enemies that approach from behind. The benefits of the spear are that it can keep enemies at a distance and attack those enemies from a distance and if parts of the spear are broken it can still function as a weapon due to its two points.

Tojo Bow

The tojo bow is a recurve bow made of maple and horn accents, it measures about 36 inches in length, keeping it relatively small. The bow, due to its curvature, maple wood and horn accents is very powerful for its small size and generally light weight, however, the bow is fragile and if hit and exposed to large amounts of water can malfunction and break. Depending on the arrow used by the bow, the bow's arrows can pierce heavy iron armor and chainmail armor.

-Armor-

Basic Armor

The basic armor of the hauberk. The hauberk was made of a thick leather that covered the chest and thighs as well as a bronze scaled tunic or rectangular scaled tunic worn on the chest and upper thighs. The hauberk due to its scaled structure and light weight allows for maximum movement and comfortability whilst giving protection from arrows and light handheld weaponry. The basic armor includes a helm as well called a Zischagge. The zischagge is a conical shape and tapered at the top, due to its conical shape the zischagge can deflect most arrows and handheld weaponry. The rest of the basic armor is made of cloth to cover the legs and torso and leather boots are given to the wearer to protect the feet.

Heavy Armor

The heavy armor uses a hauberk, expanding it across the body to cover the arms, the entire thigh, knees, calf and shin, while excluding the usage of leather. The wearer of the heavy armor is then covered with chainmail to protect all other parts of the body, whilst reinforcing armor on key parts of the body. The combination of the hauberk and chainmail keeps the wearer cool as well as allowing for nearly unrestricted movement. Upon the head of the wearer is a zischagge, but with improvements to cover the back of the neck and face. The heavy armor is capable of stopping light weaponry blows, lessen the damage of heavy weapon blows, and stop arrows as well as bolts.

The members of the dathaba are to listen and heed all orders of the dathapatis. The dathapatis must train his soldiers as well as teach them military formations and tactics as designed by him or herself. The Dathaba and the Dathapatis are expected to be prime soldiers capable of dispatching all threats.

Land

The dathaba and dathapatis are expected to work together and emotions and relations are to be left out of work. Without crucial teamwork the dathaba will fall apart and be unable to function. A dathaba will be sent across land as well to deliver goods, this requires pique physical form and constant awareness.

Sea

The Western Guard is trained to operate naval vessels, both in transport and in warfare, this requires knowledge of boats, tactics and weaponry on the water. A dathaba will spend most of its time on the sea as it is guard branch of a trading company and must deliver goods across water.

This idea is well thought out and interesting, like most of your work, of course;however, there's one thing I would like to know.

If, let's say, a customer of yours is not very happy with your work, or you're not very fond of the way they treat your company, could they blacklist you, or you blacklist them?

The company, if displeased with its distributors, may end all economic. The distributors, if displeased with the company, may end all economic ties.

((Just a reminder, guild posts are to be made in Rp, and if you're going to speak in OOC you must use brackets. I'm removing all OOC posts, and make sure to keep them at a minimum.))

Hydrose Goldhand finds the poster and reads it over quickly. He notices it says Theodore Larvendale so he quickly smudges that out and writes in nice handwriting Hydrose Goldhand. "Dats better." he mumbles to himself.

((this is something we decided on. I want to work with him and Theodore Larvendale is my alt, but Hydrose is my main. I realized if we used Theodore, he would become my main and I liked Hydrose's personally a lot better. We are coming up for an idea why Theo is not the buissness partner anymore. Again, this is on purpose. I wanted to keep playing Hydrose. Theo was more of a downtime charactor that did not matter much and I wanted to still play Hydrose. So we have both agreed on this"

This current Guild has been deemed inactive and has hereby been moved.

If you wish to appeal this decision you must present evidence to myself proving the guild is still active.
