Kolyat stands atop a raised stone, Lucion a bit lower at his side. He addresses the congregated Mali'aheral before him.

"Mali'aheral, Lucion and Myself have concluded our meeting with the High Council of Malinor. The results are as follows.

So as to prevent another lapse in communication as the one that landed us in Sylvanor, and to have greater influence in our fate regarding the external world we have chosen to merge with Malinor under the following conditions.

First, we have been granted two seats upon their Council that we have chosento be filled by Lucion and Myself.

Second, The Culture and practices of the Mali'aheral are fully respected. In short we shall retain the ability to create additional laws within our city, controlling who has access.

Third, all citizens will have the right to logically and respectfully criticize anything that they see fit, publicly or privately.

Fourth, we will be allowed to maintain our practices regarding purity so long as we keep in the obeying, to the best of our ability, with the laws of Malinor."

He looks over the people before him for but a moment before alighting the stone and stating.
