Yes, I have played on countless roleplaying games including Everquest, Maplestory, Wings of destiny and Dragons of Atlantis. (These are all not minecraft games) Some minecraft roleplaying servers that I have played on include: MassiveCraft, Lichcraft, GontrollerCraft and EcoCity craft.

Yes, I have fully read and understood + agree with the rules.

How did you hear about the Lord of the Craft?:

I was looking for better roleplaying servers, having qualities of a good community, fun to play and just overall epicenes. Many websites on the internet have pointing me in the direction towards you, so I went to your website. My first impression was that this was exactly what I have been searching for, and thus here I am, writing this application.

In your own words, define what the act of roleplaying is:

Roleplaying is when you take the role of a character and become that character during the game. I believe that this makes the game more interesting and gives it more depth, to the game.

In your own words, define what the act of meta-gaming is:

Meta-gaming is when the video gamer uses outside information that affects their playing and their actions in the virtual world. An example of this is reading about wizards in the Harry Potter books, then being able to name the names of spells in the Harry Potter virtual world and acting accordingly.

In your own words, define what the act of power emoting is:

It is when a player carries out actions onto a different player without their consent or “approval”. For example, a player killing another player, or stealing items: Diamond sword, Iron Sword, Fish etc.

Character biography - Make this at least 2 paragraphs long, which must explain your character’s history, appearance, personality, age and any other details you deem necessary:

Gaelasel was born in the outskirts of the Elven kingdom in Asulon and born into a life of poverty. Her parents were once rich, but bought items constantly, like a drug. They were always buying expensive armor, houses and other luxury’s that they could not afford. They bought too many items, and went bankrupt eventually. Gaelasel’s parents were horrible and always eat all the food for themselves. They forced Gaelasel to work in the fields where they lived. She secretly had a hobby of practicing with handmade bows when she was supposed to be working in the fields. She learned she had a natural gift for it and she was also a very talented dancer. Gaelasel was abused constantly, but she was the only child and was strong and brave. One day she had had enough and ran away from her parents. She went out into the public and survived the best she could in hope for a better life. She danced and entertained the other elves and was paid for it. She was happy to be still alive, but she wanted more to life, so she set out into the unknown world for an adventure that would change her poverty and life.

She wants to travel the world, and met people. She does not agree with most of the High Elves, that only those of their race matter and she will help any person in any race that is in the same poverty situation as her. Gaelasel sets out headed towards many great places including the holy oren empire, mount ire and vakhajra for a unforgettable adventure. One day she will return to the great nation of Malinore.

Gaelasel is strong and very brave. She has one downfall, her stubbornness that leads to successful battles as well as extremely stupid ones. She often “jumps in” before she thinks. She realizes this trait, but is not able to stop her ache for danger. Gaelasel is very tall (even for elves), and has long brown hair. She wears poor torn tattered clothes, but believes that an elves character is the most important. Gaelasel is at the prime of her life and wants to make the most of it.

What are your characters ambitions?:

Gaelasel’s ambitions are to live life to the fullest, always take risks, and to help others that are in the same position that she is.

Upon entering the Mighty Human City of Arethor, you come across a shop-keeper calling out to sell his wares to passers-by. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response?

My response is to help this poor dwarf to the best of my ability. I understand what position he is in and since he is poor, I will help him even though he is a dwarf. I will buy as many of his wares as possible.

What exactly happens:

While looking around at the mighty Human City of Arethor, my eyes spot a dwarf who looks lost and helpless. Much of the attention of the city is directed on him since he is not human and seems to wanting to make a life in this new city. As I look closer I notice that he is selling wares to passers-by. I walk up to him and greet him.

Gaelasel: Hello there dwarf.

Dwarf: Hello please helps me and buy from me please!

Gaelasel looks at his clothes and sees that they are torn up. Gaelasel realizes that this dwarf is in the same position that she is and decides right then and there to help him out.

Gaelasel: Its ok, I will help you. Here I will buy as much from you as I can and give you some food. I wish you luck in the world, and I am truly sorry about you poverty.

Dwarf: Thank you! Thank you! Bless you! You will not be forgotten.

You’re wandering the Oren Road late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. There is no help nearby, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do?

Gaelasel will fight in the battle because she will jump into any risky and daring situation. The fact that there is no help nearby is irreverent, that just makes it more interesting.

What exactly happens:

While walking at Oren Road late at night, Gaelasel spots an orc threatening a nearby dwarf. She recognizes that she should not intervene in the affairs of the orc, but cannot restrain herself. The words escape from her mouth before she even thinks about what she is saying.

Gaelasel: Hey orc! Why don’t you try beating up somebody your own size?

The orc makes angry undistinguishable sounds, but they display that this orc is not pleased.

Gaelasel carelessly charges at orc, but the orc clutches her arm, and twists it, breaking her arm.

Gaelasel stumbles to the side and the orc punches her in the eye, giving her a black eye. Blindly Gaelasel stumbles at the orc again, and punches the orc, not even leaving evidence that he was hit. The orc laughs at the elf victoriously moving backward a little and tripping on a tree stump. This makes him stumble hitting his head on the ground. Gaelael limps over to the petrified dwarf, while the orc is confused and on the ground. She grabs the dwarf and runs off fast as she can under her injuries. The orc gets up of the ground and does not know where she went. By peer luck, that would probably not happen again, the orc stumbles off after her in the wrong direction.

The dwarf, surprised and scared by all of this, passes out.

Gaelasel lays him down in a safe place and passes out herself, but she is safe from the orc.

Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick, looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenseless man. What does your character do?:

While walking down the road to Malinor, Gaelasel stumbles upon an old man. The man wears torn up dirty brown clothes and his hair is in a dirt clump pasted to the side of his head. He is crouched over and has only a small stick to support him. His face is so dirty it is hard to distinguish his different features, and his lip is cracked open with a small drizzle of blood coming down his chin. He has big ovals under his eyes that show fatigue, and his frail hand wobbles on his stick. Gaelasel worried about this man, greets him.

Gaelasel: Hello. Where are you…..

Just as Gaelasel was about to finish her question, the man’s skinny stick breaks and he falls to the ground. Gaelasel watches in horror as a bag of Minas falls to the ground and splits open. Multiple coins spill out and the old defenseless man lays helpless on the ground. Gaelasel gathers up all the coins and puts them back into the bag. She does this because she can relate and understand how he feels, so she wants to help. She hands the bag to the man and helps him stand back up feeling sorry for the man, knowing exactly how he feels, alone and poor. Almost not audible, the man weakly replies “Thank you”.

Gaelasel eventually helps the man back on the road to where he is headed, and makes the man eternally grateful for her help.
