Hey all, in order to get a better idea of who plans to be living in Kastoria on 3.0, and how many houses/structures we will need, we are asking everybody to please fill out this small APP and post below. To put the long story short, the dwarfs basically grant land to groups of races other then dwarfs in exchange for taxes and warriors.
