Well 9GMT - 5 (my time -5GMT) = 4 PM. So 9PM + 6 hours (if you have +6gmt)  = 3AM or 3PM if you have -6 gmt. ((HORRIBLE MATH BY ME))

Even if it counter was right, you still wouldn't be able to login - chances are it's not picking up a certain rank and or all of the GM's - either way, the servers full and it's a little laggy - you'll get your chance to play and it'll probably be smoother by then !
