You look into the noticeboard.. upon both Oren, and Malinor's you can see a large symbol, a tabard. Along with a large scroll put upon, words bright and flamboyantly posted upon it. Blaze powder, the last of whomever supply, was layered over, rather delicately. With great care, most likely done in night, rather then where someone would see. As it most likely took well over an hour.. You read on, most likely intrigued by such text.

The symbolism is lost on you, though it's likely you'd look up. The actual sky showing nothing, though the very wording of the message might make you uneasy, and the riddle, or cipher at the bottom more so.. What it means, any of iy? Rather difficult to piece; Intentionally nearly in-decipherable without a mathematician, or a scholar near...
