WuHanXianShi14 0 Share Posted March 16, 2013 Before you ask, No. I do not want power, or any leadership title. People of Malinor, To the much despair of many, as well as the jubilation of many, the High Council and Lower Councils have left Malinor. After much complaints, shouts, and call for reform, they have simply left. This left reformed like myself silenced, and yet, we had gotten what we wanted. The topic of this paper is purely theoretical. I for one, am curious. What comes next? Under this form, write your own opinions and thoughts. Who do you wish to take over? How shall our new government be formed? And what should the requirements be? Here are thoughts of me: Artimec Akkaris. What we need is an elected council, an even amount of members from amongst the Mali'ame, Mali'aheral and the Mali'ker. And no more high prince. It defeats the idea of a council for one to be elevated over the others. We need need more are leaders who have the straightforwardness to do what is necessary, I do not say we should rush into war, but one needs to know when appointing ambassadors and "negotiations" will no longer keep genocidal crimson-clad Valah at bay. Let's bring the lands of the Mali into a new golden age.
Eleatic 1033 Share Posted March 16, 2013 A tall elf meanders upon the road, reading the notice thoughtfully; before stepping forward, and popping off the coal that is affixed to a pendant around his neck. He rips it off, and unclicks it. He puts it to the notice, before writing thusly. "I wish to aid in the reformation, along with the institution of a provisional government. I have a good few idea's, and I feel I'd be distasteful to not allow them to be heard. I am someone you may know as.. Six quothe.. Though not most likely. I am an elf who has been within our nation for near five hundred years, since Aegis, and I wish to repay my debts of living here. I love this nation, and to see it die would kill me.. Please, do reply to this note. I will be sure to read. Quothe." He puts the coal back, and shuffles off, smiling a wide smile, his silver hair shimmering lightly in the wind. Lord_Sauron_ 43 Share Posted March 16, 2013 *Vanir scribbles underneath the note a quick message, a smile gracing what had become a hardened expression before.* Azel and I have been in correspondence as of recently, and we gained much ground in deciding what is to come for the government. I shall wait for him to show the final plan and ask for the support of it by the Mali, but rest assured - chaos and anarchy is not imminent. I did my best to avoid that, and I believe it was enough. -Vanir Laefien

Igneberr 46 Share Posted March 16, 2013 While walking around Igneberr notices the poster, after reading it he sighs at the ignorance and writes upon the extra room "The Council has not simply left, Only Prince Isirack and High Prince Kolyat have left High Council and Foreman Lithimis and Treasurer left the lower council, Other then these people leaving the council remains in tact, do gather your facts before spewing out false knowledge" - Signed Igneberr
Esterlen 4499 Share Posted March 16, 2013 Upon reading the paper, Carduin Maeyr'onn shakes his head disapprovingly, contemplating the thesis' words. "The mali'aheral shall no longer be a puppet state to the reprehensible mali'ame demagogues. We are hardly subject to the fascist prattling of lesser elves. No self-respecting mali'thill who truly stands for the interests of our kind would sit upon such a council." He says this in a barely audible, almost inane murmur. Lord_Sauron_ 43 Share Posted March 16, 2013 *Vanir, who may or may not be a reprehensible Mali'ame demagogue, sees the Mali'aheral muttering with a less-than-excited expression and walks over, stopping a few feet from the Mali.* "Is there something wrong? Or, more lime it, is there anything I can help you with? This should be a happy time of rebirth, not one for discord."
cmack1028 549 Share Posted March 16, 2013 Thudrin slaps a small piece of parchment under the poster. It reads: Perhaps the Druids of the Druidic Order should become more involved with Malinor and its people. They've always had an influence, no matter how large it was, and it only led to positive things. -Anonymous
Sagwort 833 Share Posted March 16, 2013 -The remaining council members feel a slight pressure on their pocket, they reach in to find a small letter- I, and a few others of possibly major importance, would like to schedule a meeting with the remaining members of the council and others of possibly major importance within Malinor. -Ambros [[Tomorrow would be a good time....about.....12:00 CST?]]
BigAssFrog 15 Share Posted March 16, 2013 Tamarien Arkeneas walks down a road peacefully before spotting this notice. A smile spreads across his face as he reads the words, followed by a nod. "Interesting.." the words flow out of his mouth calmly as he continues to read the notice. He takes out his ink and quill, popping the lid of the ink and dipping the quill into it. Under the notice the words clearly state "You have my aid, and my word - Tamarien Arkeneas".

Dry Crackers 268 Share Posted March 17, 2013 *Emanaf smiles as he sees what his friend has written. He pins a a note the bottom with a shard of flint* I believe a High Prince is quite necessary, yet it must be more of a position of moderator than leader per say. Perhaps a High Prince could hold the position for a limited period of time before ceding the post to another. I hope all Elves will join us in this grand rebuilding effort. E. VonEbs 1224 Share Posted March 17, 2013 "Just because High Prince Kolyat and Prince Isirack have departed does not change the fact thaat the declarations of war demand the resignation of the entirety of the High and Lower Councils as well as total surrender, with the intended cooperation with reform. Little has changed in retrospect, and there is no indication that the White Roses and Blackmonts, Valkraes and the rest of Oren, with the dwarves, will not still nvade with the intent to remove what is left of the Councils." Dromui 755 Share Posted March 17, 2013 "That is why I have attempted to take peaceful control. If I can gain it, I can speak with the families of Oren and the Dwarves. With the High Council's surrender and my taking control, along with other, wiser and strong Elves to aid me, we can make peace. We can return to our old ways of peace, and at the same time have a strong enough force to defend us. All I ask for is support from my fellow Mali."
