Specific Emote Color Removals

After some discussion with administration, we have decided to make changes to emote colors.

Specifically, the following colors will be removed.

• Underline
• Italic
• Bold
• Gray
• Dark Gray

These chat colors have caused problems in the past and generally can be nuisances, and will no longer be accessible.

If these colors are set as your default emote color, it will be reverted back to yellow.

Another change, if it is not already this way, is that emote colors will be disabled, but you will be able to enable them through the "/roleplay customcolors" command.

 

They will be in effect as soon as possible, so expect them. Thank you! ^-^

Hmm. Lately I've been having trouble on my alt account when trying to change his emotecolor to dark_gray. This is most likely the reason, I presume. Good to know.

Sweet. But why italics? That's what I usually used. I felt it made a good differentiation between chat and emotes without being overly flashy.

 

Edit: Are underline, bold, and italics like a package deal or something? If you get rid of one, do all of them have to be disabled?
