[Support] Can't Talk :(

I can't do anything but shout. 

When I try and talk or emote or whisper, I get this.

I've tried doing /rp, /leave shout, everything suggested but I keep getting the same message. I guess I could RP a really annoying dude that's tone deaf but that'll get old real quick.
