LeRenardNoir 413 Share Posted April 24, 2013 Glad to see the staff have listened to our concerns and are putting plans in place to remedy them. Bravo, hope to see Anthos improve to what everyone was hoping for.

VonEbs 1224 Share Posted April 24, 2013 I say, lets reserve judgement on the skills system until we see what it is going to look like. It is only fair to give them a chance, it may actually work.
SparehoeCakes 547 Share Posted April 24, 2013 I don't see the need for such, however you should speak with Mau5 if you're interested in them. I only say this to help the community. For the sake of transparency, why can we not see the rules? What do you guys have to hide from the playerbase? As players, we wouldn't be able to report anything against GMs because we wouldn't know the rules and guidelines. I personally see no rule that couldn't be shared with the community. -The only reason I brought it up is because someone asked me what the rules were, and after talking, I agree with them that everyone should have the rights to see them. Agreed 100%. We're a group of common players, GMs having secret rules that nobody else can know, comment on, or contribute to seems very... corporate? The GMS should be seen more as a group of great players with extra responsibilities and powers. Right now they seem more like a police force of good and bad cops. But to everything else, LOVE IT. Listening to players, establishing communication, and addressing many concerns. Awesome. Purely awesome.
ACanadianCraft (Nate) 682 Share Posted April 24, 2013 That's exactly why we're doing it extremely carefully, and we'll be strictly enforcing anti-landscar rules, as well as making it part of a GMs daily routine to check for landscarring. That's going to be one helluva chore. Good luck. I hope you wont need it.

CraftPrime 35 Share Posted April 24, 2013 Thanks for the heads-up. I'm definitely excited about the Skill System and the badass trailer that'll come with the antagonist.

At no point did I say that we wouldn't make them available - I merely said I personally don't see it as that important. Mau5noize is the chap behind enforcing and creating them, hence why I recommend you speak with him. :)
Elfen_ 232 Share Posted April 24, 2013 Really, for once, I like everything that was stated. Though, I am unsure about the skills plugin yet, I do not want to judge till we can see how the plugin looks. In my mind is will be good as long we are not forced to grind- its annoying and wastes time that could be spent RPing.

Ventusyr 233 Share Posted April 24, 2013 Excited for all of this! Unsure of why a skills plugin is so frowned upon, because it only limits you to doing what your character should be able to do... And I'm a bit unsure about the unregioning of land. Try it for a bit, but I can see the beautiful world completely falling apart... I raise my glass to all y'all and wish you the best of luck!
LPT 771 Share Posted April 24, 2013 The Focusing of Roleplay on Capitals - as things stand, some capitals are literally experiencing no roleplay in them (or very little). We do intend on solving this issue, although, how we will do so is currently unclear. Alright Orcs sounds like a challenge, I say we round up the torches, and burn the places that remove capitol RP. *Cough* Salvus *Cough* No, but really this is a nice change. I hope Iron, and Gold mines will be open soon.
