Several posters hang fresh throughout  Malinor, between the leaves and twisting vines, along the message boards, and the pillars.

 

The documents reads as follows.

 

 

Attention Citizens of Malinor

 

The council is extending an invitation to each and every one of you, the citizens, to present, concerns, suggestions, criticisms and feedback to the High Council.

 

We wish to meet with you, the citizens, and hear that which you have to say. We strongly urge any desiring change to assist us in the improving of this nation, by meeting with the council.

 

All citizens interested in meeting with the council will be asked to fill out the following form so that we may effectively organize these meetings.

 

Outside Diplomats May also use this outlet for forms of contact.

Do note, that two individuals may not have the same window of time with which to present unto the council, all meetings will be done individually within the High Council chambers.

-Avern'len sits within the council chambers, having concluded the second of three scheduled meetings. Drawing a third invitation by parchment and ink. He prepares the letter afterwards for delivery, rolling it tightly and wrapping a thin green ribbon around it after. He leaves the chambers, searching for his mockingbird among the trees...-

Lucion carefully folds a letter in near-perfect rectangular form, and places it within an envelope. Personally, he walks into the city of Leumaelin and attaches the letter upon the notice with a single pin. He wipes his free hand on the side of his dirty robes, ad marches outwards to the gate.

Lucion quickly walks back into Leumaelin, and removes the letter from from its place. He pushes it carefully into the fire of a torch, and allows it to burn halfway through, before tossing it on the ground. After this, he brushes his coat down, and marches out of the city once more--his nose firmly tilted towards the sky.
