Out-Of-Character Information
Please fill out the following questions as accurately as possible, and ensure the essential details are accurate.
Main Account Name: firestar344.
Alternate Account Name: ThewildFirestar.
How old are you?: 12.
Time-Zone: Pacific time.
Have you read, understood and agreed to the rules?: Yes indeedy to all three of those.~

What previous experience have you had in role-playing?: In the past, I've
played online games and fooled around with roleplaying a bit. Though if
anything LotC is far better than what I've had in the past.

Definitions
In your own words define the following terms. Do not take any definitions from elsewhere!:
Role-playing:
To assume a role of a character created, more commonly by the person assuming the role. Say I wanted to be a simple Elf farmer, who worked hard in fields of wheat to make money for--or food itself for his/her family. Or a Human blacksmith who forged swords and armor with rare metals a miner supplied them. Both of these would be possible with role-play, and there are many things a person could do with role-play. The only bounds being what the person is aiming for.

Meta-gaming:
To take information gained out-of-character and use it for personal
gain in-character, for example someone read an out-of-character forum topic and instantly went and used that information for uses in-character without any past role-playing his/her character learning the actual information learned from the topic.

Power-emoting:
To over-power a character, or to avoid your character getting hurt but
seriously injuring the other character. A simple example would be:
Player1(the power-emoter/gamer): Player1 stabs Player2 with his/her
sword
without missing. Player2(that other guy): Player2 attempts to block the stab with his/her sword. Player1: Player1 stabs Player2 anyways, killing him/her within a few moments. See, this isn't very fair. If Player1 added more "attempts" into those emotes like Player2 did, then maybe Player2 would have been able to have a chance to not get stabbed.
In-Character Information:
Complete the following biography on your character:

(I'd like to note really quick that if -any- of these names are just a bit
too familiar to any current Halflings, it would be entirely by mistake
and I'm very sorry if such a thing does happen. Also this is a bit long, I shortened it as much as I could..)

Full Name: Rena Crookbarrel.
Current Age: 32.
Race: Human.
Sub-race (if any): Halfling.

Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long): Rena Crookbarrel, born to a loving yet hard working gardener mother, and a blacksmith father, who was rather busy most of the time tending to his work in the Vale. She spent most of her childhood in the garden, either playing around or helping her mother, and sometimes a bit of both. Occasionally, her father would even let her watch him work, though this was much less interesting than helping in the garden.

She loved planting the small seeds, and then to come out a few weeks or so later after lots of hard work to find a small sprout beginning to pop out of the damp soil of the garden. Watching the sprouts slowly grow and mature amazed her, and she’d eagerly spend time checking their progress every day, nurturing them as they grew. Sometimes she’d even help her mother cook with a few certain herbs and vegetables she’d grown, something which brought her a great sense of satisfaction. In almost all senses-- She was a normal Halfling child.
She definitely liked her family life, with her mother Rorna and her father Libo, as well as her aunt and mother's slightly younger sister-- Domica Shedfield and her uncle-in-law Borfo Shedfield, both of whom moved off after marrying, and usually only kept contact via letters.

As Asulon became a less and less hospitable place, Rena and her family eventually had to evacuate with the rest of the Halflings as they sought shelter at the Cloud temple. The loss of her home and garden distressed the young Rena greatly, though she often found herself fearfully distracted by the presence of the other races of Asulon, many of which she’d yet to encounter.

Still a child when the time came to board the ships, Rena found her new surroundings difficult to adapt to. Whilst she had nothing against
water, the quantity of it present unnerved her, making the small
halfling child feel even smaller. What troubled her most though, was the lack of plants, animals, trees and most importantly; gardens. Once they finally reached Elysium, she was certainly glad to feel the soil between her toes once more.

Rena’s time in both Elysium and Kalos were difficult and disruptive, a
significant change from the relaxing, peaceful life she was used to. She spent her teenage years here, growing up in the much more stressful and dangerous environment, never properly able to settle in and get comfortable. Time seemed to go by quicker than Rena was used to, as she worked harder and got less enjoyment out of it.

Once the time to set sail again finally arrived, she did so much more
readily than the previous voyage. The boat and the ocean were still
uncomfortable surroundings to her, but at least she was far enough away from troublesome volcanos, Orc raiders and the dangers of the night.

In the confusion and excitement that followed their arrival at Anthos,
Rena’s family found themselves separated from the rest of the halflings.

After the close proximity to the other, more violent races they’d had
to put up with, they sought out isolation and founded a small hamlet
with the Vinelockets, another halfling family in a similar situation.

After the disruptive lifestyle of Elysium and Kalos, Rena found it difficult to settle back into the peaceful life she’d longed for. No longer a child, Elysium and Kalos saw Rena grow into a young woman. Orc raids and the conflicts of man with elf affected her greatly though, and she found herself preferring the safety of her burrow and the company of family to that which the outside world offered.

Once she did start to venture out of her burrow, be it to explore the
surroundings of her new home, or to establish her own garden to attend to, she quickly became friends with Gingo Vinelocket, a young ginger haired Halfling boy with emerald green eyes. They would lay in the grass and chat about many things.. They'd chat about things they'd want to do in the future, about the latest rumor or story being passed around, heck, they'd even tell each other that weird dream they remembered they had last night! They were best friends. It seemed as if nothing could go wrong.

Gingo and Rena had eventually gotten a burrow for themselves, which they didn’t often stray far from, aside from a short stroll in the forest or the occasional venture out to get food and other supplies. Rena would happily spend her spare time with Gingo under the shade of a small apple tree, or even with her mother working in one of the gardens.

It was a rather normal day when everything changed, Rena was laying on her and Gingo's favorite spot on the grass by herself. There was clearly a storm brewing, though Rena had thought nothing of it as she laid in the still-shining sun, under the shade of the apple tree where her and Gingo would sit. But soon when storm wasn't very far off, it became apparent it was swiftly approaching.

And as the storm started heavily.. Everything wasn't well. When Rena
Crookbarrel came back home, a huge tree had fallen over, right on top of the burrow she and Gingo shared. As it stormed, she wept, and ran back to the Crookbarrel burrow, where she stayed, a lump in her throat and an ache in her heart as she grieved.

The following months were hard and unforgiving, but she slowly began to heal, though never fully. Eventually Rena realized this wasn't how she wanted to spend her time, that she should be out continuing to live happily as she once did. Still in grief, she pushed this idea aside for sometime. Then, the idea pushed through one day when she realized, there must be other Halflings out there, they weren't the only ones left. Yes, and she could go be happy there, where ever they were, instead of in a state where every time she went outside she remembered what happened. And that was it, she prepared her things of value, and her father smithed her a shovel she could bring with her, just in case. And she set off after long farewells to everyone, though still quite unsure, she put on a grin, and went to find the Halflings.

Ambitions for the Future: To find a new home where she can live in peace, happiness and comfort while she tries to make new friends and get over the grief that plagues her.

Personality:
A slightly awkward but nice young Halfling, she is normally open to
strangers and will address them in a friendly yet cautious manner.

Skills:
Rena prefers to garden, though she has sufficient knowledge with basic skills such as cooking for when it is required. She knows very little about fighting, though has witnessed her father wielding a shovel on numerous occasions.

Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin):
She wears an overall-esque dark green skirt, with beige pants and a lime green long-sleeved shirt. She also wears a chocolate-y brown vest with a beige collar. She has light-brown hair and two slightly different blue eyes(blue, green-ish blue).

WbHwwJR.jpgThe skin -does- have MPM features, but I liked this picture too much to not use it. Haha. Here's another picture with MPM.
