Where To Request For A Ban Report To Be Made?

I would like to write a request for a ban report, however, am not sure where the right place would be to post it.

The circumstances are as following:

A friend of mine, Korthos, got involved in an rp fight with a GM, Geoboy66. The GM ruled his rp to be powergamey/against VA-regulations at the end of the fight and banned him.

Now, I'm not saying Korthos is innocent... But I would like to see a ban report, and someone outside of the action judging the circumstances and events that transpired, rather than seeing my friend having an immediate 3 week ban, and 1 week until appeal without a 'neutral' judge.

In general, I find that when a GM is involved in an action, shouldn't he be advicing and improving that person's rp presently, rather than banning at the end of it all?

Anyhow, thanks for whatever response might come, and sorry, if this happens to be the wrong place for this question or request, or if someone finds themselves offended by it.

Players are expected to follow rules at all times. It should not be "break rules as much as I want because a GM will correct me first and let me off with a warning".

Likewise, a GM is expected to be fair and unbiased in all situations. If you believe a GM is biased about a certain situation, then you should chat with Mau5 as he is the GM team head.

Korthos may request to see his server ban report from any GM but it will not be made public.

I spoke with Korthos and advised him to take it to a forum PM with himself, Geo, witnesses and Mau, and I believe he's doing that - however, you don't need to see the server ban that was made - if Korthos wants to see it that's fine, and once he's seen it he's free to do as he wishes.

As with all bans, once it's posted in the Server Bans forum it's there for the rest of the GM team to see, if any of them have a different opinion on whether the ban's suitable or not, they'll post in it. I do believe that Korthos is handling the situation himself via the aforementioned group PM, and if you want to see the Server Ban, feel free to ask him yourself but we really don't like making it public ourselves.

This players questions have been answered and/or the situation resolved.

Should you wish to have this reopened, please PM me your reasons why it should be so.
