What previous experience have you had in role-playing?: I have played D&D a bit, ive played on RP servers like Rise of Kings (and this one of course) before. Also I have RP'ed on other games such as World of Warcraft, Lord of the Rings Online, and Runescape.

Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long): Melonios was born into a rich family in Anthos to the east, with black hair and brown eyes. During his childhood, Melonios learned to read and write, he played with the servants, he also played in their large yard, he even planted a tree in the backyard near the back of the estate. But one thing he never was allowed to do was go out the large front gates to the estate. You see, the estate had very tall walls, tall enough so it would be very hard to scale. At the age of 13, young Melonios often wondered what was beyond the wall. He asked his parents this, but they said it was just other estates like theirs.

 

At the age of 14, Melonios took up archery, He seemed to be a natural at it, hitting very near the center of the targets almost every time. Melonios liked to read under the young tree that he had planted when he was younger. Since he planted it, it had grown very large, At age 18, he had climbed the tree many times. by this time He was a very agile and persuasive person. Melonios had tried out his persuasive skills on his parents many times, but to no avail they still didn't let him out of the gates.

 

At age 23, things were getting boring for Melonios, so after thinking about it long and hard, He decided it was time to leave. By now the tree he had planted when he was so young had flourished into a large oak tree, so big that it even went over the wall. Melonios climbed up to the top of the tree, higher then he had ever dared go. When he got to top of the tree he imagined he would see the utopia his parents described. But as soon as he got there, that image melted away fast. Outside the wall, there was shabby little houses with many holes and other deformities in them. People that looked very thin wandering about the streets. Too thin. People on the sides of the road begging to others. The scene horrified Melonios. Melonios didn't jump from the tree to the other side of course because that would kill him, So Melonios decided to do the unthinkable. Go out the gates.

 

Melonios, over the next week, studied the gates lock. He spoke to one of the servants named Jed. Jed was the sneaky sort, but also Melonios's best friend. Jed understood melonios's need to get out, and was surprised at what Melonios saw over the wall, Jed being born in the walls himself. So Jed took Melonios to his room and pulled out some thin metal objects wrapped in leather. When Melonios asked what they were, Jed said they were lockpicks.

Later that night, after Jed taught Melonios the basics of lockpicking, they went to the gate. Melonios waited for Jed to lockpick the door but was surprised when Jed handed them to him. Jed said that the best way to learn is by doing. So after a good 5 minutes of struggling with the lock it finally came unlocked. Suddenly there was a noise from the house. Someone yelled, 'The gate is open!'. Melonios then hastily thanked his friend and ran off out of the gate as Jed went out of sight.

 

Over the next two years, Melonios lived his life on the streets, He surprisingly adapted well, though he had to wear different clothes, eat different food and whatnot. Melonios missed his home, but he couldn't even believe his parents lied to him all those years. So Melonios decided to become a thief, to take from those who lived so high above others that deserved to be robbed, and give to the ones who needed it the most. Though he never stole from his home where it all started.

Ambitions for the Future: To seek out corrupt men with great fortune and rob them of it, then give it to those who need it.
Personality: Melonios is cunning, can usually talk his way out of things. He is witty and brave if not foolish.
Skills: (Will do VA applications later) Lock picking, stealing, Persuasion, Archery, Climbing, can read and write.
Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin): Melonios has black hair and brown eyes. Usually wears a long brown leather jacket, brown pants, and a light brown undershirt. Looks cheerful most of the time.
