Iskast knelt in front of his window, resting. He looked up out of it and noticed a half dozen men armed with iron swords moving towards his house. He rose up, quickly calling his sons to him. "The time has come for you to leave me." He turns towards his eldest son, speaking to him. "To you, I bestow the new name of Toby Williams and my first blade, crafted by Thomas Chivay when I could first use iron swords. Use the blade and name with pride." He turns towards his youngest son, speaking "To you I bestow the name of Isaiah thenelthin. You will also receive my newest blade, crafted by fine blacksmiths. Run now, get to the White Rose, that is the only place you will be safe."

A few minutes after they departed, the men broke down his door, rushing in and surrounding him. He was kneeling infront of his window again. He remained kneeled while they surround them. The leader says "Iskast Thenelthin, its been a while. You've made enemies, haven't you?" Iskast replies "Aye, I have. Yet I do not regret it." He grins slowly, as he begins to hear sounds beneath him. "What is that sound?" The leader asks. Iskast replies "The last sound you'll hear." As soon as he finishes this sentence fire flares up between the floor boards, catching them off guard so they stumble and fall. Iskast stays as he is, uncaring for the pain. One of the pillars supporting the roof falls in front of the door, trapping them. The leader screams, gets up, runs at him and stabs Iskast in the back. With his dieing breath, he says "I know you were sent to end my blood line, kill me and my sons. You failed." The building collapses, killing all of them in a fire. Iskast dies, finally at piece.

Iskast's son Toby reached Thomas Chivay, telling him iskast is dead
