Flyers are posted around each of the main roads leading to the racial capitals. Upon it reads:

Is calling forth ALL Engineers, Inventors and Entrepeneurs

To propose a plan for the relocation of an incredibly large black rock from a river onto a designated site on dry soil. The black rock is massive in dimensions and apparent weight, and appears to have fallen from an unknown place and entirely broken the bridge leading to the Hedion University construction site. Our own workers managed to erect a log wall around the object and clear it of water. Using a very long ladder, ropes, pulleys and the sweat of many men, I was positioned into a position where I may sketch the black rock from an elevated height.

As follows is the sketch:

*Associate included for scale*

The Ministry of Contemplation is willing to receive from a variety of groups bids and engineering plans for the relocation of the black rock. We will not only consider the number of minas you wish to be awarded for the job, but also the engineering capability of your proposed plan itself.

All engineering plans must do as little damage to the rock as possible. Whichever group successfully exumes the black rock shall not only receive their bid of minas, but also 2 cubic meters of the stone.

Bids shall start at 500 minas!

Contemplate all,

-Preeminent Savant Ptah Remneal of the Ministry of Contemplation

((You will post your bid amount here, and PM me privately your relocation proposal))

*Blake writes on the flyer*

"I Blake Whitewolf will start the bid for free, expecting rock samples in return"

*Takes the flyer and sends it on a bird to Ptah*

Carth Ironeye posts a bid

"We'll do it for 1000 Minas"

((No no, the bid goes DOWN from 500. IE, the idea is to UNDER-bid your competitors, so you may get less money, but you'll still get money))

Temp Thersist halts, looking to the notification, several men standing in column behind him.

He looks to the paper, eyebrow raised before turning and gesturing to the column, "You've a bit o' work! migh' be somethin' worth lookin' at 'ere. Sky rocks or.. somethin'... BAH, no ma'er."

He turns, posting a small note reading: "White Rose. 250 Mina." beneath the original posting.

*Rosso looks at the note*

"Oh another one... there seems to have been quite a lot of those happening then... better warn him."

*he picks up a bit of paper and writes in it before placing it down below the original note*

"Just to clarify to those wanting to investigate it, there have been more than one of these rocks falling from the sky. If you ask around, you will find more tales of them."

The bridge, now furthered damaged beneath mass weight, stands aside an awkward pulley system, it's wheels barely hanging in place and postings splintered about the the points of binding. The rock had shifted from it's pit amongst the river bed and was now placed atop a cart before the gates of the ministry.

A note is pinned to the back of the cart and several Roses relax beside the cart, making crude gesture and insulting the situation at hand.

The note reads as follows:

Roses and the Ishikawa Dwarf lugged the stone in place. We'll be back for our claim in due time and we've shifted the horses required for cart theft of this behemoth object to prevent theft. Inform us of your findings, should any come to light.

- Temp Thersist.

White Rose, Decurion.

*The ground is marked with the tracks of the cart. The meteorite is gone. A note is left between the wheel markings.
