From an outside perspective I see all these holds and I want to do an event for the dwarves but I can never find any... I have had to outsource players for mini-events because dwarven RP is spread thin.

Reduce Brom'kah to a few farming homes and the fort.

 

Wipe kastoria clean. Have a GM help with the old delver fort maybe.

 

Really what I would like to see is a dwarven style of building emerge in these holds. Right now everything looks human and I personally think if the dwarves developed their own above ground architectural style that you would get more players interested in coming there. Smaller more compact cities look better and make more sense for dwarves.

Im going to start implementing this idea, and start having the Holds have a more 'Dwarven' look to them, other than them looking like a bunch of different human holds, when they're in, by now, far in Dwarven land.
