Meanking 311 Share Posted July 13, 2013 Declaration of Neutrality By decree of Grand King Thorin Grandaxe, the first of his name, ruler of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, and the ruler of the Kingdoms of Salvus and Adunia, it is decreed that the Kingdoms of Oren and Galahar are hereby recognised as separate nations, each bearing sovereignty to their own lands. In light of the recent, and most delicate diplomatic situation, the Grand Kingdom of Urguan has adopted a policy of neutrality. Therefore, it is further decreed that should either state wish to extend its borders, whether through hostile gains of territory or more peaceful methods, the Grand Kingdom of Urguan will remain neutral, unless acts of hostility are made against its own borders. If any vassal of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan is to violate this, they shall be subject to judgement within the Courts of Urguan. The first act in accordance to this declaration is that the Grand Kingdom of Urguan shall recognise both Kingdoms so that they may both be respected by other nations and treated as separate Kingdoms as they rightly deserve. Detailed in the map below is what the Grand Kingdom of Urguan officially recognises as being the borders of either state’s territories. ((It was still under Burk in his Arch-Duchy, making it under the Kingdom of Galahar. Hopefully I won't be seeing your name randomly popping up on the owner list and ours removed.
