The Requirements are as follows:

-You must be loyal to him only

-You must be active((Must be active on the character))

-You must follow his orders and only his orders unless instructed otherwise.

Dvari reads the note in Auvergne and tsks several times. Another bannerman group, for another royal family. How many people would they get? Five if they're lucky, maybe a 6. Soon, each house would need up with three or four bannermen, and they would all get crushed. But hey! The more the merrier. Dvari staggers through the countryside, all these thoughts coming from his drunk mind and utter hate of Alexander.
