Meanking 311 Share Posted July 27, 2013 Decree of the Grand King *A notice is pinned around Kal’Azgoth, as well as the Holds and Kingdoms within the territories of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan.* By decree of Grand King Thorin Grandaxe, the first of his name, ruler of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, and the Kingdoms of Salvus, Savoie, Oren, Galahar and Adunia, Holy Protector of the Human race and Liberator of the Elves, it is decreed that in light of recent stirrings regarding clans attempting to breach the laws of the ‘Kjell Act,’ any dwarf who leaves Kal’Azgoth and the Grand Kingdom of Urguan is to be regarded an anarchist and an enemy of the state. Immediate mobilisation orders are hereby granted to all members of the Legion, to begin patrolling the Kingdom’s borders for any sign of dissenters. Dwarves who break the ‘Kjell Act’ are to be trialed within the Courts of Urguan, to the jurisdiction of the Grand King and his Lord’s Council. It is further decreed that any clan who attempts to openly commit its members to breaking this Act is hereby declared an exiled clan, unworthy of honour, nor titles within the Kingdom. Any dwarf who betrays the Kingdom will be stripped of all rank and privilege bestowed upon them, while their homes and possessions will be seized by the Grand Kingdom’s treasury. In line with the ‘Kjell Act,’ any Hold or Kingdom within the territories of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, found to be harboring traitors will be threatened with military action, to be followed through if they are not arrested and escorted to Kal’Azgoth for immediate trial. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Kardel 1054 Share Posted July 29, 2013 Kardel walks up to the shrine of Yemekarrmaking sure no one is around, and collapses onto his knees muttering prayers under his breath "Yemekarr 'ave mercy en yer children. . Yemekarr 'ave mercy. K'orvad 'as come again, da loine uv da 8th son be incarnate en da body uv moontain dorves. . .Yemekarr 'elp os. .. Yemekarr 'elp os. . ." Hot tears start streaming down Kardel's face, as he begins to sob, getting a few legible words out of the constant crying "Woi. . .woi. . .Yemekarr wut 'ave we done ta displease yer!?" Suddenly, Kardel's mind turns to the notice, remembering each and every word of it, as he makes his way up, wiping the tears from his bloodshot eyes. Suddenly, something comes over him, as he starts remembering the words of the hooded dwarf at the clan meeting. "Dat un. . .dat un. . .we should listen ta DEM! Yemekarr wunts DEM!
