Yup, you're attitude is quite frankly crap. Many of the people who wanted default-PVP are some of our best roleplayers and most experienced one. The fact you're generalising all the people who are "Pvp'ers" in such a way is ridiculous. Shut up, and see how it goes - like I've said, it goes bad? We'll sort it.

To better my point. This is a load of horseshit for the very reason it's an Rp Server and henceforth battles should revolve around Rp.

Why you ask? Let me tell you.

 

1. Rp Combat, while long influences a typist to learn words, and delve deeper into the meaning of said words as well as learning of physics and various other scientifically accurate methods to use their character.

2. There are those of us who have literally sacrificed half of our character's being to make him stronger in combat, with PVP default it's all down to who can swing the sword faster. 

3. THIS IS AN RP SERVER NOT A PVP FACTION SERVER Change the god damned title if you're changing your god damned server.

 

And no, it does not encourage non-powergaming. The only way to have a person stop powergaming is to inform them on the rules and regulations of Rp. I don't agree with what you people are doing, and you're running this server into the ground. 

 

Keep an Rp server Rp. 

Keep a Pvp server Pvp.

 

That's the rules. Learn them or get out of the chair and let someone who actually understands the methods of Rp in. 

A bit blunt, I sort of agree, but, I dislike pvp decently to tell the truth. EVEN if we get rid of power-gaming and meta-gaming, WE JUST GET WORSE ISSUES. Pugsying, perhaps more people like Pugsy, who'll come on and make a a bandit group. People will misunderstand their V.A's and believe they can pvp attack someone for no reason when they have 2.A. I'm a magic user, sure I may be a bit biased. But my previous character, and now my alt. Was a warrior, and now, I have no armor, so I can get attacked by those /in/ it? I can't even rp different ways to escape, only mc mechanics..... I only want the magic plugin for huge scale battles, they'd be /TERRIBLE/ in normal small pvp fights. Wanna know why? Spells/casting is supposed to be long ranged, we're not a rpg server, we're fluent rp. Not the dragonborn going to find a princess and rescue her (this is a play on rpg's), I understand why people want pvp, but, if there's a power-gamer TALK TO THEM, and if they don't listen, form a report! It's not a big deal! We gotta learn to be more social with eachother ooc'ly to handle issues. 

It's dumb that we can't be able to express creativity anymore... I joined this server to escape pvp factions.

Lets just back up and pause for a minute before this explodes. 

 

So you're not happy about PVP default. Okay, a lot of people aren't but at least give it a chance. RP is still needed BEFORE pvp, with no exceptions. We are an RP server and any pvp attack that has no rp beforehand will be dealt with seriously. If it goes wrong, we will work on it but let this be a learning curve. 

 

You can't say you hate eggs without trying them. If you don't try, you'll never know.
