The nights were passing slowly... It seemed... strange...

"Did ya hear about d'a Megan's child? Got sick as well she did."

The days... they seemed warmer than before...

"Anot'er une died... 'orrible sight, na skin on her back..."

Clouds... Many of them... but all are black...

"Regan? Left d'a hold two months ago... d'is town is ending..."

The nights were passing slowly... so why were they so bright?

"Run! Why aren't ya running? Ye'll die!"

Darkness... between red and yellow... Why does he wear a skull?

"Yamekar 'elp me! I can't move! Why won't ma feet move!"

Singing.. and dancing... why do the bugs follow him while others scream?

"What do ya want! No, stop! Save me!"

The smell... not of roses... not of animals... not of timber... Burnt flesh...

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Black clouds were seen from over Ksatoria at dawn. Survivers reached back into Azgoth tired, and paranoid. The tale long, streching for months. An illness at first, many started to puke and feel horrible, the reasons were none that could be seen, the symtons did not continue more than a day. Soon more terrible things started happening, members of town started to be found with their back skin missing, they were left alive after such torture, but none could last more than a few hours, and none woke up to be able to tell much. Many had started to leave town, many believed living there would be their end. But the events then happened the day before confirmed the suspicion. All were paranoid but Kastoria had no decent guard force. The fires started that evening, and before the first shout could wake the others, the town was ablaze. Some said others could not move away, that their legs and feet didn't move. Of the survivors, they claimed to see two black robed figures in the distance, one with a broken skull mask, walking tall and straight, the other dancing and singing, with bugs on his trail. It was Kastoria's End... A few weeks later, a dwarf patrol passed once more in the remains. They noticed something strange... Even after so long, sometimes, a strong smell of burning flesh could be felt, and shoutings for help echoing through. None could ever find one alive or dead...

"How dreadful, how wrong! UUUUUuuu, this can not be left! But it is perfect, but it is safe! Ohohohoho, how marvelous it will be! Just takes a second, just hold on here, quite nice it will become I say! Oh little child I did not see you there, but do not be afraid, come and I'll show you!"

Oh how that child spoke of it, "He was so tall! He was so green! He walked funny as well. He had a melon in his hand." Such stories came from him, "He looked silly, hehehe." Giggling, joy coming from the land formerly of Kastoria. Over the months it started to change, water appeared first with long days of unstop rain. And trees started growing, in a place where none had before. They grew fast, was that creature a druid? Willows! So many of them appeared! A forest of Willows, and they kept growing fast, it could almost be seen. But one of the trees was different, some sort of magic seemed to come of it. Could this have been the reason for this destroyed land to be saved? Non-sense! But... it talks to those who approuched it, at least it seems to do so. They say they remembered many things they had forgotten after going there. How strange... No one made much sense of it, it was impossible to do such. And so the willow forest grew, while between the ruins that remained. There seems to be some last farmers in Kastoria, and they are kind to allow travellers to use some land for themselves. Maybe the end of Kastoria was something that should have happened.

Kastoria is gone!

I would like to thank many players for this:

Dizzy and the lords for allowing us to remove it.

Ever for helping us destroy some buildings, and doing other GM stuff, and doing so while he should be asleep.

Freya for being the best and growing the willow forest, help make ruins, destroy parts of the town, creating the regions, and many other things.

Some others who joined midway when we were destroying parts of Kastoria, which I can't remember the names of any.

Timelord_Lalve, TheFactCore, being the main builder and designer together with Freya, spending many days sometimes alone destroying Kastoria and creating the ruins.

Two main things have been done:

Kastoria has been replaced by a willow forest and some ruins for events.

An area of freebuilt has been added right next to it, for travellers, and newcomers to get some food and shelter and enjoy minecraft.

Thank you all for allowing me to help with this project, even if I didn't really make much of anything, and I hope you enjoy it.

((And so the removal of useless places begins))

*Zahrer looks at the ruins before turning to other random abandoned buildings. He draws his axe and marches forward on a destructive war path.

*Orik sighs at the sight of the ruin knowing Barbek is safe for now, but for how long. Even he didn't know. He quickly shuffles off to continue working on his plans*
