((First day update - it was pretty interesting to amusing at times, and since no one was really around, I want to be able to share this.))
Eisavornon rose to his feet slowly. He was surrounded by the forests, which he remembered and yet... there was some new feel to the place. He didn't understand what it was.
He must have bumped his head or something. He never remembered falling unconscious but he must have done to have ended up in this situation.
Immediately he begins scurrying about the place. Anything to trigger a more vivid memory. Vaulting over fences, he finds a path and follows it. It leads him to a shallow slope. Staring up, he decides it might be worth climbing it, after all it would allow him to survey the area.
Quickly, he reaches a flat area of land. There are one or two trees, and it looks out over the forest. Here, he sits for a while, gazing over and admiring the forest's beauty. After some time, it begins to rain. Eisavornon steps into a brisk jog for some shelter, but by doing so he loses the forest. He hits the coast, where the ocean seems fairly calm. It can't be too far, can it?
After some debating, he decides to swim. At first, it's fine, but after a while the waters begin to get colder. Still, with determination he presses on.
A little further, and a shark starts swimming around him, even daring to take a bite. He kicks back, which seems to temporarily deter the shark.
Soon after, a squid comes flying out of no where. Was he hallucinating? What was happening? He feels a sharp pain in his back as the squid latches on and bites him, once, twice, he didn't quite know how this was possible but grits his teeth and continues on.
How far was this? It seemed much further than expected, there were huge icy cliffs that seemed impossible to climb, so the only option was to continue swimming.
A little later, a horde of beasts rose from the waters, they all seemed to be wearing golden boots and immediately started chasing him. However, they were slow swimmers so even in his tired state, Eisavornon could evade them.
Eisavornon was doubting himself. "It has to be the cold, it's getting to my head", he convinced himself.
The sea became rough, huge waves tearing down. Still, he kept going, even after being beaten against the rocks.
Finally, a sheet of ice appears. Eisavornon stumbles out of the sea, scraping himself on the ice, wincing. He shakes himself a little dry and shivers in the cold. He can't allow himself much time though, since the horde is still close on his tail.
The squid is still following him. Strangely, it seems to be throwing apples at him, which he takes happily, and they quench his hunger.
On the ice, he slides along, trying to keep a safe distance between himself, and whatever monsters were behind him. Eventually, he reaches a port.
Scrambling up onto the sand, he runs inside one of the houses, which seems unoccupied. Luckily, the fire is still lit, and he warms himself here for a few hours before gritting his teeth and making the decision to go on.
He ventures further, into a town. It seems by now that the squid has given up, and is no longer following, neither are the huge hordes of monsters.
However, one or two of the monsters remain and attack him as he reaches the town, knocking him unconscious. With no help, he bleeds to death.
Suddenly, he feels a body reappear again. He's in a sort of temple, with no recollection of what was happening, which he quickly runs out of to attempt to get some sense of direction. His apples are gone, but his pack now contains some bread, which is quite strange. It's contained in a bag labeled "Monk bread". Oh, so the monks of the temple must have left him with some provisions. That's kind of them.
Running along the roads, he sees waterfalls, mines, and all sorts of beautiful architecture. He tries to follow the signs back to Malinor as closely as possible, but on the way, once again he loses his path and ends up lost.
Now, he must find his way back to his homeland, and find some way of making a sustainable life.

((More like a journal. If you see my char IC, feel free to post deviations or your perspective on events.

OOC reponses are welcome, though.))
