  1. Within the midst of the Veletz tavern, a poem finds itself penned upon the side of a pillar. It reads as followed. In Veletz green, beneath the sun's warm glow, A farmer's hand did till the earth below. He sowed his seeds and reaped the golden yield, His heart at peace, his fate not yet revealed. The drum of war did beat, a somber sound, And men of earth became the battleground. From plow to sword, the farmer's hand was sworn, To fields of death, his spirit, battle-worn. He stood in line, a shield amidst the storm, A simple man in uniform transformed. His dreams of harvest moons now cast aside, For honor called — a call he could not hide. In twilight's grasp, the battle fiercely wailed, Against his home, dark forces had assailed. He fought with courage, though his heart did mourn For tranquil days and fields of waving corn. A blade did find him 'neath the mournful sky, His blood did feed the land for which he'd die. A farmer no more, but a soldier true, His final breath a mist in morning's dew. In Veletz fields, where once he stood so proud, His body lies, enshrouded by a shroud. Yet from his death, a solemn truth does spring — In hallowed ground, his valor everlasting. For though he fell, and tears like rivers flow, In defense of home, his honor does bestow A legacy that time can never fray — The farmer-soldier who in earth now lay.
  2. An old paper found itself tucked between old sermon tomes and pinned upon the myriad boards of human civilization. Brothers and Sisters. In the heart of this great land, the seed of humanity was sown. From the same earth, we drew life, shared the same air, and looked upon the same stars. We were given the breath of free will, the spirit of change, and the heart of courage. Yet, there are shadows that stretch across our path. Shadows cast by those who would see us remain scattered, disunited. Forces that are content to watch from the sidelines, to plot and scheme while we, the children of Horen, remain divided. We have seen glimpses of the chains they wish to forge, the veiled threats to our freedom. They wish to extinguish the fire of our spirit, to smother the flame of our unity. But we shall not bow. We shall not falter. Our strength lies not in the might of our arms, nor in the wealth of our coffers. It lies in our unity, in our shared resolve. It is the courage to stand together, to face the shadows as one. We have journeyed from the brink of servitude to the dawn of liberty. We have tasted the bitter fruit of division and savored the sweet nectar of unity. We know the price of freedom, and it is a price we must be willing to pay. So, I beseech you, brothers and sisters, let us not forget that we are one. Let us not allow the whispering winds of division to sway us from our path. Let us stand together, bound not by chains, but by our shared faith in the almighty God. It is in unity that we find our strength, in unity that we ensure our freedom. The forces that plot against us, they fear our unity. They fear the day we stand as one, for they know that our flame united as one can burn away even the vilest of sinful aberration. So, stand with us, brethren. Let us face the shadows together, let our unity be our shield, our shared spirit our sword. Let us protect our freedom, our birthright, with courage and unity. For we are free, we are united, and we are humanity.

  4. Though i am largely uninvolved with the server as a whole, i have decided to tackle on a project on my free time, if you are familiar with the game Hearts of iron 4 you are likely aware that each nation has a "Focus Tree" which is a set of goals and missions they can work towards through the years ingame, i was feeling creative and decided to make a Focus Tree for one of the nations in the server, namely Blackvale, after this however i am feeling quite inspired, and so if you are a nation leader and you want me to make a focus tree for you then you can hit me up, i'll be glad to. I recommend opening them into full screen mode to actually see what each focus says. Blackvale's Focus Tree (53 Focuses Current)
  5. A small missive will find itself pinned amongst the boards and gates of many-a settlements within the human realms Hear ye, hear ye, good people of the realm! A shocking tale of pirate treachery and buried treasure has emerged from the depths of the northern seas. It is said that a certain pirate captain, known only as the Black Corsair, was captured and executed by a Aeldin's Lord's navy after years of plundering and pillaging. But before his death, the Black Corsair revealed a treasure beyond compare to his closest confidants. The treasure is said to comprise of untold wealth, rare and exotic gems and several artefacts of immense mystic value. However, the Black Corsair's pirate crew were never able to lay their hands on the treasure, and its location remains a mystery even to this day. It is believed that the Black Corsair buried his treasure in a secret location somewhere in the vast, uncharted waters of the north eastern seas. Many brave adventurers and treasure seekers have journeyed to these areas over the years in hopes of discovering the pirate's hidden loot, but the treacherous seas and the unpredictability of the weather have thwarted them all. Yet, the allure of the Black Corsair's treasure is strong, and many more are set to venture out in search of it. Will you be among them, my dear fellow? Or will you leave this most tempting of opportunities to others? The missive ends with what looks like a crude map of the north eastern seas with an x marked on some poorly drawn island.
  6. i think ultimately proving someone has changed isnt done through direct actions or words. But rather through time and passive actions. It takes some time, its not a moment where it suddenly is the case.
  7. "The king fails to rally an army to defend his own people, and yet he claims to be capable of guaranteeing the safety of the adrian people, a vassal..? Surely this means he has not had a look at his failing armies if he is deluded enough to believe that anyone would ever take any offers from his throne at this current moment." Speaks Augustus as he reads the missive, tossing it into a fire afterwards.
  8. A Thesis on Elven Influence In the ages past, there have been many men who have sought to fight for the good of humanity, many more who dreamed of such. The spirit of humanity is one of a hard will, a people willing to push the boundaries of what others believe is possible, or perhaps feasible. Many questions are often posed to a man of will, “Why? How? Where?” Questions meant to confuse and bewilder, yet they are often faced with answers which mirror the simplicity of the questions themselves. The history of Horen’s Race can be summarily explained in a cycle of unity, disunity, rivalries and dark influences. The race would often find itself at its apex when under one powerful and legitimate ruler, a man capable of steering the will of humanity, as one united entity. Such men are far and few inbetween, their reigns long and fruitful. The past two centuries have effectively lacked such leaders, but it is not merely because humanity has been unlucky, or has not received god’s appreciation. It is simply because they have been stolen from the lands of Horen. Countless men which would have made for powerful rulers, legitimate and all have been stolen from us by the temptations of magics and elven witcheries. Such individuals find themselves brought to strange “guilds” which are nothing more than covens for what might as well be leeches of the will. Indoctrinated into elven voodoo idolatries and magical circles, they are led to forget about the creator’s role and their beautiful homeland. This indoctrination happens within the most inner circles of humanity, elven “advisors” and “magistrates” within human cities, whose roles are nothing more than to be siphoners of human will, they search for promising targets and accommodate them, growing kind and friendly to them, all in the hopes that they will be steered towards these coven. Humanity has lost when members of the royal families proudly display their voidal curses which they call magics, it is lost when we allow such leeches and fiends within positions of powers. I find myself deeply concerned, i see over the horizon, a future in which humanity remains brutally divided, each barony, duchy or earldom, ruled by what are effectively elven puppets, elven advisors, elven mayors. All men of GOD must learn to notice such things, for it is only when they begin to notice, that they can begin to expunge. The helm of this ship must be swiftly turned, we should aim for a brighter future, one of a humanity, united in faith and realm. Only such a humanity can possibly hope to regain the alms lost of the past. I hope to one day be proven wrong, i hope to finally see my people free’d from such a snake’s coil, perhaps within my lifetime it shall be so, horen’s roar of dominion is not yet extinct, the human’s will to strive and carry forth god’s will is paramount, and it shall remain forever, like a kindling of embers which can be fed to grow into a blazing inferno, a fire large enough to consume the unfaithful and those who slither within the underbellies of society. I shall hope. The thesis finds itself within the shelves of some libraries within the realms of man.
