The elfess read the letter far too late, her eyes welling with tears at the realization that she had lost yet another llir. Placing the paper down, she leaned back into her, her hands moving up to clasp the scarred flesh where her ears once were. Aiyeis unlike the man is dressed in simple clothing for comfort rather than style. As she had been focused on the sprawling bazaar she had not noticed the man approaching and his welcome caused her to jolt in surprise. Before responding she glances around to see if he is talking to anyone else before looking back at him and thinking about her response. "I suppose I am here to adventure? but if we are to be more specific I wish to gain more hands on knowledge about the world.." She says quietly, hoping that her response is suitable for his question.
