It would seem I'm in the minority of liking fantasy more. IMO, I feel like Sci-Fi has more opportunity to be done incorrectly, but that doesn't mean I'm against it at all c:

I would really disagree with you impure, I would say fantasy is almost always done incorrectly compared to sci-fi. Sci-fi is an advancement of culture, history, and science whereas fantasy is attempting to recreate it in a different world. Fantasy usually does a very poor job of creating feasible cultures from scratch, because fantasy writers are not normally skilled historians, political and social scientists. With sci-fi, its simply a future version of a world which can already exist, and its easy to extrapolate problems our current society has.
