    Easy to understand why the server is in a period of decline when the staff is unwilling to punish even the most blatant examples of metagaming.

      The bigger problem for me is that metagaming is so institutionalized on this server that any attempt to bring things back into roleplay without people having skype omniscience gets labeled by some as attempting to hide behind OOC barriers. Metagaming is a serious problem afflicting this server, the but PVP factions people don't seem to care.

      I apologize that you are unable to understand that one can be irritated by rulebreaking (metagaming) influencing roleplay. I'm not sure livid is really the correct adjective here either; my investment in this server is much less than it once was. Resigned disappointment is more likely.
