Orc Disney?

While I'm sad to see people leave like this, doing their final act really makes it hard to feel sorry for them. What they did affects all of Aegis.

I think you should work with Monkey. He has some really good ideas about a grand arena with piston controlled exits and entrances.

After seeing the new blue orc, Hadley and I came up with a concept for snow orcs as a sub-race.

You can talk however you want. We have orcs that were raised by humans and don't know orcish and only know the way humans speak. There's no law that says you have to speak Orcish (except the one where you aren't allowed to say "hail, king, lord, or sir"). You could talk like a refined Englishman if you really wanted to. But you also have to realize that some orcs will probably make fun of you for talking like a "pretty human." Gragarn thinks English is very flowery and doesn't like to speak it. Orcish is guttural and bold, fitting orcs. He'll speak it if have has to for diplomatic reasons, but I usually throw in some accent even when doing that.

Stone-brick is easily my new favorite block. It looks really good with sandstone as well. Give that a try over cobble.

I fully agree. I'm not 100% on Trolls, but tying magic into a sub-race is a terrible idea.

If they are chased off they were never strong in the first place. It's the challenges they face by being weaker that makes them stronger and earns them a place in orc society.

Great job on the scorpion. That's a really good representation with the limitations you had. I didn't know those were stairs at first. When I first saw the picture I thought those "stairs" were the monster's spinal cord still attached to the skull.

I think finding random stuff like this is just fun to explore.

I think we should allow other races. If they have the guts to take on a bunch of orcs then I say let them. If they somehow manage to win the jackpot then we just use that defeat to inspire everyone to work harder.

Actually it wasn't give up your profession. It said possessions. Basically the 2 would give up their stuff and go live in the Wilds for a long time then come back. This would only occur if you took in a life mate. Part of the challenge of having more than 1 mate is you need to "care" for them all. So having more than 1 life mate should be a legitimate challenge, otherwise it's kind of trivialized.

Honestly, I just hope we keep the big open desert. One of the things I love about Krugmar is how little industrialization it has. I like that we have a few spread out towns where people congregate, and the rest is just flat open wilderness. The roads should be dangerous or the entire reason for orcs being the way they are is basically nullified. I really like the design of current Krugmar. The capital city being the most elaborate and biggest. A smaller town for mostly trade and traveling. Some small tents out in the desert. Then everything else open harsh landscape.

I agree with Ned, but I think that door swings both ways, and in an opposite direction. Males and females will hit each other more and harder the more they love each other.

I don't like the idea. It seems pointless for the most part, adding politics for the sake of politics. You're saying the main purpose of this organization is to facilitate trade? Then why call it a United Nations? Why isn't it a trade federation? The biggest purpose of a UN is to make sure countries don't step on each others toes, but this UN isn't going to do anything about War except send some of their troops to help, or shelter people. Shelter isn't really an issue though. Nations already have diplomatic meetings when something comes up. So this UN's purpose appears to only be for trying to help trade while adding a fee to make some money. That's all that would end up happening. Honestly, I don't think there are enough nations/countries in Aegis to actually have a working UN. The world is small enough that anything a UN would handle is just handled better by the nations themselves. Trying to courier things through a 3rd party on such a small scale is very messy.
